Food Donation, Discount, and Barter Options

The Weston A. Price Foundation Conference is in its tenth year. During four full days of programming, we'll serve over 7,000 gourmet meals to 1,200 participants - with your help.

Our meals serve as an extension of the educational sessions, deliciously illustrating the mouth-watering benefits of nutrient-dense foods. Our farmers and vendors join us as teachers in their own right - leading participants back to healthy food choices-by their taste buds.

We couldn't very well talk about nutrient-dense foods, and then serve them cafeteria food, could we? So, we rely on our farmers and their generosity of spirit (and keen business sense) to help us. We hear from our donors that educated participants turn into loyal customers.

You can provide food donations through the following options: Donate, Discount or Barter:

  • Donation: Provide a food donation to the Weston A. Price Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit. Tell us the total value of your donation and we'll provide you with many avenues of appreciation and a letter for tax purposes.
  • Discount: A 50% discount off of retail pricing is considered a donation (of retail markup). We accept food discounts for a limited number of harder-to-find food items. Tell us the total value of your donation and we'll provide you with many avenues of appreciation and a letter for tax purposes.
  • Barter: This is not considered a donation, but a non-cash transaction. The farmer/producer benefits by having less cash outlay to exhibit, advertise, and attend and our participants benefit from access to great food.

Please review the benefits of each category below, and give us a call to discuss the options.
