Food Donation, Discount, and Barter Options

The Weston A. Price Foundation Conference serves “Food to Live For”! We count on the generosity of our friends – farms, fisheries, small and large businesses - to serve over 7,000 meals featuring nutrient dense foods to 1,200 participants over the three conference days.

Each meal serves as an educational session in its own right. At mealtime, participants see the practical and delicious application of the nutrition principles they are learning in the classroom.

Your donation, discount or barter is an essential part of the conference’s educational program economic sustainability. Thank you for your generosity and participation.

There are many ways to provide food for the conference.
• Donation: Provide a food donation to the Weston A. Price Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit.
• Discount: A 50% discount (off of retail price) is considered a discount donation. We accept food discounts for a limited number of harder-to-find food items.
• Barter: This is not considered a donation, but a non-cash transaction. The farmer/producer benefits by having less cash outlay to exhibit, advertise, and attend and our participants benefit from access to great food.

Review the menus and ingredient lists for donation opportunities.

New in 2010 – All food donors must read and agree to follow the Food Exhibitor and Donor Guidelines.
