Conquering Morbid Obesity with Farm Fresh Food

Richard Morris of Woodbridge, VA lost 150 lbs and his wife lost 50 by ignoring dietary experts and returning to the foods their grandparents enjoyed: eggs, bacon, whole milk, butter, and pasture-raised meats. Richard is the author of A Life Unburdened, which chronicles his struggle with, and victory over morbid obesity. Barnes and Noble of Rockville is hosting a talk and book signing with Richard on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30pm. Admission is FREE.
