and more available at first floor level with panoramic views.

Pre-soaked Daily Oats Organic Porridge from Scotland provided by Rude Health.
Prepared by Rude Health's Porridge Making Champion of England, Nick Barnard!

With grass fed Guernsey milk, cream and butter from Hurdlebrook Farm
Served with a delicious range of condiments and natural sweeteners

Gluten/casein free option
Muffins for gluten/casein free & GAPS.
These will be made from a base of coconut & almond flour.
There will be a choice of fruit or savory and all contents will be GAPS and gluten free.
Exact content is still being decided upon.

Rainbow Salad, a variation on Sally’s recipe.

Tomato Salad (garnished with parsley and basil)
Fermented Vegetables from Cultured Probiotics.
Sauté Potatoes using Lard
Supper

Vegetarian option: Spanish Omelette with butternut squash.
