CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS For
WISE TRADITIONS 2004
5th Annual Conference of the Weston A. Price Foundation
We are pleased to announce Continuing Education Units for doctors,
nurses, nutritionists and chiropractors for our 5th Annual Conference,
Wise
Traditions 2004.
PHYSICIANS: This activity has been planned and implemented in
accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation
Council
for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Joint Sponsorship
of
MedChi and The Weston A. Price Foundation. MedChi is accredited by the
ACCME to provide continuing education for physicians.
Med Chi designates this educational activity for a maximum of 17
Category 1 Credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each
physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually
spent
in the educational activity.
NURSES: Approval by the Maryland Nurses Association for 20.4 hours.
NUTRITIONISTS: Approval by the National Association of Nutrition
Professionals for 15.75 hours.
CHIROPRACTORS: Certificate for CEU credits will be supplied.

325-3535 and state that you are with the Weston A. Price Foundation
conference. If you make reservations through the internet, the rooms
will NOT
be credited to the Foundation and we may end up paying additional fees
to the hotel.
