Memorial Service for Stephen Byrnes

A Memorial Service will be held for Stephen Byrnes, Saturday, September
25 at 1PM. Steve suffered a stroke on June 10, 2004. Dr. Stephen
Byrnes passed away on Thursday, June 17th, 2004.
He will be missed by many.
May his good works live on...
The service will be held at Found and Sons Funeral Home, located on
Route 522N near Culpepper, Virginia. A reception will be held following
the service at the Country Club of Culpeper.
DIRECTIONS: From the north, exit at the first Culpeper exit (Rt. 29
business) and turn right heading into Culpeper. About 1/2 mile past
Wal-Mart (on your left) you'll come to a red light with a 7-11 directly
in
front of you (McDonald's on right). Get into the right lane. At the
next light, 522N, make a right and continue about a mile to the Funeral
home on your right just past the cemetery.
From the south, exit at the 1st Culpeper exit (Rt. 29 business).
Continue through downtown, turn left at 6th traffic light (Rt. 522
N) and
proceed about a mile to the funeral home on your right just past
the
cemetery.
Stephen Byrnes grew up in New York and attended Hunter College
in New York City where he received his B.A. in Comparative Religion.
After
moving to Los Angeles, he completed his M.A. in Humanities at California
State University at Dominguez Hills. He then received his Diploma in
Homeobotanical Therapy from the Australasian College, USA, a state-licensed
college in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and his Doctorate of Alternative
Medicines from the Alternative Medicines Research Institute (AMRI), a
licensed and registered educational institution in Gibraltar, European
Union,
affiliated with the Open International University of Complimentary
Medicines, Colombo, Sri Lanka. He later received his Graduate Diploma
in
Naturopathy from the Canadian Alternative Medicines Research Institute
(CAMRI), Vancouver, British Columbia. CAMRI is licensed and registered
with the Private Post-Secondary Education Commission of British Columbia.
Dr. Byrnes has had over 100 articles and papers published in health
magazines and professional journals around the world. He is an honorary
board member of the Weston A. Price Foundation and an editorial board
member of the Australian holistic magazine WellBeing.
He is also the author of four books:

(Whitman Books; 2001);
- Overcoming AIDS with Natural Medicine
(Healing Light Ministries; 2001);
