USDA's Economic Research has just released "U.S. Organic Agriculture in the U.S., 1992-2003, at
http://www.ers.usda.gov/Data/Organic/index.htm.
This product updates USDA estimates of U.S. organic acreage and livestock numbers to 2002 and 2003. This product is also posted in the ERS briefing room on organic farming and marketing,
