Do you have any information on negative side effects of Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade such as it leaking into the bloodstream from ingesting it. I think i have parasites i want to get rid of using this.

I suffered a heart attack 13 years ago and have been on statins ever since. Whilst I have read numerous articles regarding the reasons not to take them no one has suggested that you should cease after a myocardial infarction, indeed several anti statin advocates said they still prescribed them for those who have suffered an episode. What is your opinion please ?

After a beef is slaughtered, it is hung to dry age generally 2 – 3 weeks in a cooler before being divided into the cuts of meat that we consume. During this aging process some meat plants will spray a mold inhibitor on the carcass periodically to prevent/retard mold growth. Various butchers use various products, some better some much worse. I have heard that some of the best butchers are starting to use Apple Cider Vinegar for this purpose. -Sounds Good to me! -As for the citric acid etc. being GMO’s as you claim, I have never heard that before. What evidence do you give for this claim?

Hello. I am writing to you because I am looking for ways to make my teeth stronger and heal some decay (I bought the book Cure Tooth Decay), and I also recently found out that I have lymphocytic colitis, after having a colonoscopy. I am eager to start following the instructions for making my teeth healthier, as soon as I am able to (I live in the city and I currently don’t have a car or a driver’s license, so my options are limited), but the doctors who told me that I have lymphocytic colitis have said that I mustn’t drink any milk, as that will make the colitis worse. They were very adamant about this, and they said that I need to get my calcium another way, possibly through supplements.
I am already following most of the guidelines for improving my colitis (I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink any caffeinated beverages, and I try to eat a healthy diet), but I don’t want to eliminate dairy from my diet, as that will no doubt make my teeth worse. Also, osteoporosis runs in my family, so that is another concern.
So I am wondering, is raw milk better for the colon than pasteurized milk? I am currently drinking organic milk, but it’s not raw milk.
I am also wondering if following the instructions for healing and strengthening my teeth would even do any good at this point, because sometimes food seems to go through me too quickly for my body to be able to absorb it and benefit from it like it should.
Sorry for my long message, but I need some good advice, and some help. I don’t want to have to choose between the health of my colon and my teeth, and that is what I’m afraid of right now.

Please read the book by Elaine Gottschall, Breaking the Vicious Cycle about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, which eliminates all simple sugars from your diet (including all wheat, dairy and sugar) in order to starve the bad bacteria from your body. It tells her own story of healing her daughter, explains why it works, and includes many delicious recipes as well. It is easy to understand, and the diet is doable with great results.
