Support A Good Bill In Alaska!

Alaska legislators have introduced a good bill that aims to grant individuals the right to informed consent regarding the use of donated blood.

Specifically, HB 334 would require all donated blood must be tested for mRNA vaccine components, spike proteins, and any evidence of lipid nanoparticles. It also requires all donors to disclose whether they have received an mRNA vaccine or “self-amplifying ribonucleic acid vaccine.”

This important bill also obliges blood donors to disclose their mRNA vaccination status each time they give blood. Blood from vaccinated donors must then be labeled and disclosed to the recipient, who reserves the right to refuse the product. Penalties will be enforced if sections of the bill are violated.

Transparency is necessary due to the insufficient research on gene therapy products, including experimental mRNA vaccines, leading to unknown effects on the human body.

HB 334, sponsored by Representative David Eastman, was introduced in the House and referred to the House Health and Social Services Committee on 2/20/2024.

“My name is _____, and I reside in (town). I am calling to urge Representative ______ to support H.B. 334.

This legislation would require blood banks to ensure all donated blood is tested for messenger ribonucleic acid vaccine components or self-amplifying ribonucleic acid vaccine components, including lipid nanoparticles and spike proteins. If the blood tests positive, it will be labeled, and the person receiving the transfusion will be informed and given the opportunity to refuse it.

Unfortunately, many individuals who volunteered for Covid shots were unaware that experimental mRNA injections have not undergone sufficient study and have shown limited effectiveness, with potential risks. It is unjust for individuals to lack a choice when receiving blood from vaccinated individuals.

As of 3/29/24, 2,596,902 injuries and 36,905 deaths have been reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) in connection with the Covid-19 shots. However, it is estimated that only 1-10 percent of adverse reactions are ever reported, and yet the manufacturers are shielded from liability for any harm they cause.

Without labeling donated blood containing mRNA-related components and allowing a person to refuse that blood, a person is unable to make an informed decision when receiving a blood transfusion.

Florida’s Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo made a call to halt the use of mRNA COVID vaccines due to the FDA’s inability to provide evidence that there is no harmful DNA contamination in mRNA-based vaccines in January 2024. There is insufficient evidence to support the safety of mRNA-based vaccines for humans.

mRNA shots are modified mRNA (modRNA), not naturally occurring messenger RNA (mRNA); modRNA induces recipients’ bodies to produce random proteins for an undetermined duration, yielding unknown and unpredictable effects.

Covid shots include polyethylene glycol (PEG), an immunogenic chemical compound associated with severe allergic reactions that can lead to death.

Some Covid shot batches have been found to contain metallic particles, and all mRNA shots contain dangerous lipid nanoparticles, which can create a series of toxic reactions, including damage to DNA.

Manufacturers originally claimed their Covid shots were 95 percent effective. The CDC now admits Covid shots do not prevent Covid. Covid shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by COVID-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000 per year, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely under-compensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.

There are no long-term studies of Covid-19 shots on the safety, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, or effect on reproduction.

Vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer, Merck, and GlaxoSmithKline have paid billions of dollars in criminal penalties and settlements for research fraud, faking drug safety studies, failing to report safety problems, bribery, kickbacks, and false advertising [1,2].
