Gluten free food
written by Phil Ridley, Jan 08 2012
There will be a full gluten casein free menu this year for all meals and I am working with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride to ensure that these menu's are good for GAPS. There will also be a dedicated buffet area for gluten/casein free and the standard buffet will have multiple lines to speed up service. There will also be dining space so that most people will be able to sit and eat. We have a new caterer this year who is better equipped to deal with hundreds of delegates.
Food: Gluten
written by DePaw, Jan 04 2012
Last one was lovely, but there was very little food suitable for those eating a gluten-free diet. Breakfast was oats (people can react the same to oats as gluten), only thing gluten-free at lunch was some sausages, and dinner was sandwiches on gluten containing bread. I was very disappointed.
