Help stop another bad vaccine bill in the New Jersey Legislature!

New Jersey Legislative Bill A. 5493 would require metrics for assessing nursing home operations to include a requirement for nursing homes to report the number of residents who have received Covid-19 and annual flu shots.

This bill revises the requirements for “taking action” against low-performing nursing homes to include “sanctions.” It will put pressure on nursing homes to have their residents vaccinated even if those residents do not wish to receive vaccines.

Specifically, the bill requires the Department of Health (DOH) to develop standards in three categories encompassing:

the physical well-being of residents
the mental well-being of residents
the nursing home’s operational metrics

The Weston A. Price Foundation is opposed to the section that requires the metrics for assessing operations to include the number of residents who receive SARS-CoV-2 and seasonal influenza shots.

We do not take a position on other sections of the bill that do not relate to vaccines.

AB 5493 was introduced and referred to the Assembly Health Committee on 5/11/2023. It is sponsored by Assemblywoman Angela McKnight.

“Hi, my name is ____ and I am a constituent. I am calling to ask Assembly Member ____ to oppose A. 5493, which would pressure nursing homes to administer Covid and influenza shots to their residents to avoid “sanctions.”

I oppose this bill because both shots are not proven safe, and no person should be required to take any medical product they object to – especially when there have been no long-term studies on the safety of these shots.

Nursing home residents should not be required to be injected with substances that can cause serious side effects. For example, as of 6/9/23, there have been 2,486,774 injuries and 35,127 deaths reported in connection with the Covid shots to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) — and it is estimated that only 1-10 percent of adverse reactions are ever reported. And yet the manufacturers are shielded from liability for any harm they cause.

Vaccine mandates are being justified by the idea of the “greater good” and protecting other people. But no individual should be asked to take a medical treatment for someone else’s benefit.

I urge Assembly Member _______ to oppose A. 5493 unless it is amended to exclude the vaccine provisions.”

Share why this is personal to you. Do you have philosophical or religious beliefs that conflict with vaccination? Have you or someone you know had a vaccine reaction?

No one knows in advance whom a vaccine will harm. Each of us may respond differently as we have different medical histories, genes, epigenetics and microbiomes.

Data from 145 of the most vaccinated countries show that Covid shots are associated with a 31 percent increase in deaths.
The mRNA Covid shots include polyethylene glycol (PEG), an immunogenic chemical compound associated with severe allergic reactions that can lead to death.
Some Covid shot batches have been found to contain metallic particles, and all mRNA shots contain dangerous lipid nanoparticles, which can create a series of toxic reactions, including damage to DNA.
Manufacturers originally claimed their Covid shots were 95 percent effective. The Director of the CDC now admits Covid shots do not prevent Covid. Covid shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by Covid-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000 per year, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely under-compensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.

There are no long-term studies of Covid-19 shots on the safety, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, or effect on reproduction.

Covid shots were not properly tested and are dangerous, as confirmed by Pfizer’s own documents.

Vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer, Merck, and GlaxoSmithKline have paid billions of dollars in criminal penalties and settlements for research fraud, faking drug safety studies, failing to report safety problems, bribery, kickbacks, and false advertising [1,2]. Pfizer paid $2.3 billion in 2009 alone to resolve criminal and civil allegations [3].

Using the MedAlerts search engine, as of 6-9-23, there have been more than 214,485 reports of influenza vaccine reactions, hospitalizations, injuries and deaths following influenza vaccinations made to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), including 2,352 related deaths.

Moderate reactions reported after the influenza vaccine include fever, local reactions (pain, redness, swelling at the site of the injection), headache, fatigue, sore throat, nasal congestion, cough, joint and muscle pain, and nausea. Serious vaccine complications include brain inflammation and neurological damage, convulsions, Bell’s palsy, limb paralysis, neuropathy, shock, wheezing/asthma and other breathing problems, and death. Influenza vaccinations can cause Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), a painful and disabling immune and neurological disorder of the peripheral nervous system that can cause temporary or permanent paralysis and death.
