The North Carolina State Bar is suing vaccine-rights attorney Alan Phillips, in what Phillips claims is an unlawful proceeding designed to take his license. And the Bar attorneys investigating Phillips are even suppressing good-faith complaints filed against them by Phillips and several vaccine groups, putting themselves above the law!
Phillips has spent 24 years helping not only his clients, but also other attorneys, legislators, and activists all over the country to defend their rights on all types of vaccine exemptions (birth, daycare, school, work, military, immigration, child custody disputes, international travel, etc.). He is based in North Carolina, known as “Vaccine Central” in the pharmaceutical world. It’s critical that we help put a spotlight on the corruption and save this important resource for the alternative vaccine community.

I appreciate the support that is attributed to “vaccine-rights attorney Alan Phillips”. I understand the nature of the “unlawful” legal attack – especially in light of the content of my Blogs on this subject matter including: “Hidden Vaccine Truths – Now Revealed! – Deepest Investigative Reporting”.[1] I understand the injustice. However, if the only thing that is being threatened in this situation is “his license” then I don’t know whether that is such a bad thing. Loosing this particular “license” might actually be a real blessing!
I would like to know where his “license” comes from. I’d like to respond to that. I was under the impression that attorneys don’t actually have licenses but rather are simply issued Bar membership cards.
Re: “donating to support Phillips’ defense” – Does that mean that Alan will not be representing himself? If not why not? I’d like to respond to this as well.
New Lawful strategies for having attacks like this dismissed in court (with prejudice) have very recently been revealed. My very best offer of “support” would be to share this knowledge with Alan if he wishes.
