Support two important vaccine bills in Texas!

Speak up in support of House Bill 5022 and Senate Bill 1887 in the Texas Legislature, which seek to prohibit the administration of immunizations containing mRNA material.

These bills define “mRNA material” as a substance that introduces messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) corresponding to a viral protein. They specifically prohibit the administration of products containing mRNA material for immunization purposes.

The prohibition does not apply to products containing mRNA material used for the treatment of cancer or genetic disorders.

These bills prioritize informed consent, individual rights, and the precautionary principle in public health by prohibiting the use of mRNA-based products for vaccines.

HB 5022 was referred to the House Public Health Committee on 4/3/2025. SB 1887 was left pending in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee on 5/7/2025.

Texans should not be subjected to medical technologies like mRNA injections, which have already resulted in widespread injury during the Covid-19 rollout.

HB 5022 (or SB 1887) would help restore trust in public health by preventing the use of these products until proper safety data is available. Please support this bill to uphold medical freedom and safeguard our communities from rushed and unproven interventions.

These bills protect Texans from experimental mRNA-based vaccines, which, despite widespread use, still lack long-term safety data.

The Covid-19 mRNA injections were neither fully effective nor safe; data now show an increased risk of injury and death among the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated.

In November 2023, a child in an mRNA Epstein-Barr “virus” vaccine trial developed myocarditis, forcing the trial to pause and raising red flags about heart risks associated with mRNA technology.

Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo called for a halt to all Covid-19 mRNA injections in January 2024, citing unacceptable risk to public health.

mRNA injections are being developed for nearly every major infectious disease, including malaria, tuberculosis, hepatitis C, and bird flu—opening the door to widespread use with little oversight.

Pharmaceutical companies are drawn to mRNA technology for its speed and lower cost of production, not necessarily because it is safer or more effective for patients.

mRNA injections are a form of gene therapy and should be treated with caution, not mandated or promoted without full informed consent and independent safety review.

Data from 145 of the most vaccinated countries show that mRNA Covid shots are associated with a 31 percent increase in deaths.

There have already been 1,663,354 Covid-19 shot adverse events and 38,077 Covid-19 shot deaths reported in the U.S. to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (per data released 4/25/25).
