Good diet
written by Andrew, Mar 20 2014
Soy has been the human diet since many years. It consists of high proteins and is considered equivalent to animal foods in terms of protein. It can reduce the higher cholesterol. But eating excess of soy for whom who are not allergic can cause constipation, stomach aches and diarrhea. Also one thing should be noted that soy contains moderate amount of natural substance called purine. Purine causes gout worse and person suffering from gout should avoid eating soy.
