Support Two Good Bills In Missouri!

Missouri legislators have introduced two good bills that aim to grant individuals the right to informed consent regarding using donated blood.

Companion bills SB 1429 and HB 2759 oblige blood banks to test donated blood for evidence of any Covid-19 vaccine or any other mRNA vaccine components.

Blood from vaccinated donors must be clearly labeled with a positive status. No person can transfuse this blood to another individual unless authorized by the recipient or their designated representative.

Transparency is necessary due to the insufficient research on gene therapy products, including experimental mRNA vaccines, leading to unknown effects on the human body.

SB 1429 was referred to the Senate Emerging Issues Committee on 3/7/2024.

HB 2759 was referred to the House Health and Mental Health Policy Committee on 2/29/2024.

This legislation would require blood blanks to test donated blood for evidence of any Covid-19 vaccine or other mRNA vaccine components. It would also allow the recipient to refuse blood that tests positive.

Unfortunately, many individuals who volunteered for Covid shots were unaware that experimental mRNA injections have not undergone sufficient study and have shown limited effectiveness, with potential risks. It is unethical for individuals to lack a choice when receiving blood from vaccinated individuals.

As of 3/29/24, 2,596,902 injuries and 36,905 deaths have been reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) in connection with the Covid-19 shots. However, it is estimated that only 1-10 percent of adverse reactions are ever reported, and yet the manufacturers are shielded from liability for any harm they cause.

Improvements to the bills would require donors to disclose their Covid-19 vaccination status and ensure penalties for blood banks that do not comply.

Without labeling donated blood containing mRNA-related components and allowing a person to refuse that blood, a person is unable to make an informed decision when receiving a blood transfusion.

Florida’s Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo made a call to halt the use of mRNA COVID vaccines due to the FDA’s inability to provide evidence that there is no harmful DNA contamination in mRNA-based vaccines in January 2024. There is insufficient evidence to support the safety of mRNA-based vaccines for humans.

mRNA shots are modified mRNA (modRNA), not naturally occurring messenger RNA (mRNA); modRNA induces recipients’ bodies to produce random proteins for an undetermined duration, yielding unknown and unpredictable effects.

Covid shots include polyethylene glycol (PEG), an immunogenic chemical compound associated with severe allergic reactions that can lead to death.

Some Covid shot batches have been found to contain metallic particles, and all mRNA shots contain dangerous lipid nanoparticles, which can create a series of toxic reactions, including damage to DNA.

Manufacturers originally claimed their Covid shots were 95 percent effective. The CDC now admits Covid shots do not prevent Covid. Covid shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by COVID-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000 per year, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely under-compensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.

Vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer, Merck, and GlaxoSmithKline have paid billions of dollars in criminal penalties and settlements for research fraud, faking drug safety studies, failing to report safety problems, bribery, kickbacks, and false advertising [1,2].
