TIPS
- Shake it before you freeze it.
- When you thaw it, don’t take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge. Bring it to room temperature in the sink first and let it thaw completely, shake it really well and then put it in the fridge.

Thanks for the tip. I plan to try this procedure. I freeze Multiple gallons of goats milk each year. Saves me lots of $$$ plus I’m still getting the raw milk I prefer for yogurt making & drinking/baking.
