Support S4002 To Protect Children From Certain Mandatory Vaccinations As A Condition Of School Attendance In New Jersey - Deadline Unknown

S4002 prohibits the Commissioner of Health, the Governor, or any other entity of State, county, or municipal government from requiring a child to be vaccinated against Covid-19 or the human papillomavirus (HPV), as a condition of attendance at a public primary or secondary school, or for any other reason.

It also prohibits the Commissioner of Health, the Governor, or any other entity of State, county, or municipal government to cause or to require a public primary or secondary school to conduct an inquiry into whether a child is vaccinated against Covid-19 or HPV.

S. 4002 was introduced on 6-26-2023 and has been referred to the Senate Health, Human Service, and Senior Citizens Committee.

There have been no long-term studies on the safety of Covid shots. People should not be forced to be injected with an experimental substance that could cause serious side effects. As of 4/28/23, 2,469,498 injuries and 35,028 deaths have been reported in connection with the Covid shots to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

HPV vaccination can carry life-threatening side effects. There have been more than 73,000 adverse reactions, including many deaths, reported to VAERS related to the HPV vaccine.

Furthermore, it is estimated that only 1-10 percent of all adverse vaccine reactions are ever reported to VAERS. And yet, the manufacturers are shielded from liability for any harm they cause.

Vaccine mandates are being justified by the idea of the “greater good” and protecting other people. But no individual should be forced to take a medical treatment for someone else’s benefit.

Covid shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by COVID-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000 per year, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely under-compensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.

HPV vaccines have a high incidence of adverse reactions. A study out of Canada shows just how dangerous HPV vaccines are. The study looked at 195,270 girls who received HPV vaccination. Of the vaccinated girls, there were 958 hospitalizations and 19,351 emergency room visits.
