Didi Gorman is the content writer for Cutting Edge Cultures, a company specializing in fermentation starter cultures. She writes the company’s blog, social media posts, web pages, recipes, and newsletters.
Didi is an avid fermenter, making kefir, yogurt, sourdough, and kvass regularly. It is not uncommon for her kitchen counter to boast an impressive array of bubbling jars, each hissing away with a fermented mixture of some sort.
She also loves cooking from scratch. One of her favorite dishes is the Israeli Shakshooka, a dish made of fresh tomatoes, peppers, and loads of eggs. She purchases many ingredients in the local farmers’ markets.Mindful shopping is important to her. She limits the occasional shopping spree to the thrift store.
Didi lives with her husband Simon and three children in Lennoxville, a small town in the beautiful Eastern Townships of South-Eastern Quebec, Canada. To read more of Didi’s content visit her blog!
