BACKGROUND
Earlier this year, Americans for Homeopathy Choice Action announced that their homeopathy legislation had been introduced in the House of Representatives (H.R. 7050). After seven years of work, our bill to protect homeopathy has been introduced in the Senate (S. 4692).
The FDA has already removed homeopathic eye drops and injectables from the market. Without this bill, more medicines will disappear — for good.
THE LEGISLATION WILL:
Create a legal pathway for human and animal homeopathic medicines to stay on the market.
Protect the full range of homeopathic remedies — current and future — that meet safety and quality standards.
Stop the FDA from removing entire categories of medicines ever again, while retaining the power to remove unsafe or adulterated products.
Establish safety rules tailored to the unique nature of homeopathy — just as Congress has done for supplements, compounded medicines, and medical devices.
ACTION TO TAKE
Support the Homeopathic Drug Product Safety, Quality, and Transparency Act (the Homeopathic Medicines Act for short).

Hello all,
I absolutely support homeopathy in all its forms! I have used it for decades in my healing work. Thank you to all the amazing people who have taken the initiative here and contacted people like me who were uninformed but are strong supporters.
On another note, I live in Florida. Our enlightened government passed a directive concerning the SNAP program to prohibit use of the card for processed foods. As a holder of a SNAP card, I strongly support this state action. However, apparently included in this prohibition is raw milk, since it is classified as for pet consumption only. As a devoted follower of WAPF I also revere raw milk. I called your office to report this issue and am now asking that WAPF do whatever is in its power to reverse the raw milk prohibition. The people who need this milk the most are the poor and undernourished. What can we do to help them to obtain their milk?
