Nancy Teas-Crain is a co-chapter leader of the East County San Diego WAPF chapter. She has been a registered dietitian for 20 years and a recovering vegetarian for the past 8 years. She has two grown sons and loves the raw milk and cream that she gets through the Real Food Club. Her hobbies are gardening and cooking. Currently the garden has lots of basil right now and she is using in salad dressing and pesto. And she is drying cherry tomatoes that she uses throughout the year in salads.
