Arizona lawmakers are considering legislation to prohibit government entities and private businesses from requiring residents to receive vaccines or wear face masks as a condition of employment, entry, or access to services.
HB 2086 reinforces a fundamental principle of ethical medicine and personal liberty: medical decisions must remain voluntary and individualized.
