Idaho legislators introduced an important bill that upholds the right to informed consent by ensuring transparency in blood donations.
H 131 requires blood donors to disclose whether they have received a Covid-19 or any mRNA “vaccine” in their lifetime and mandates clear labeling of donated blood.
It also protects an individual’s right to request blood based on this information in nonemergency situations.
This bill is essential to safeguarding medical choices and ensuring individuals can make fully informed decisions about the blood they receive during transfusions.
The House passed H 131 by a vote of 53-17. It is now in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee pending further action.

SAMPLE SCRIPT:
“My name is _____, and I am a resident of _____. I strongly urge Senator ____ to support H 131, ensuring blood donation transparency and protecting informed consent.
H 131 requires clear labeling of donated blood based on whether the donor has received a Covid-19 shot or any mRNA vaccine. It also ensures that individuals can request blood based on this information in nonemergency situations, empowering patients to make informed medical decisions.
Informed consent is a fundamental medical right. Just like individuals have the right to know what is in their food or medications, they should also have the right to know the vaccine history of blood they may receive.
This bill does not restrict blood donations—it simply provides transparency and choice.
Please support H 131 to protect Idahoans’ right to make informed medical decisions.
Idaho has seen over 62 bills signed into law, achieving victories in areas such as tax relief, educational choice, state sovereignty, and free speech protection. Let’s add another beneficial bill to the books.
Thank you for your time and consideration.”
TALKING POINTS for calls and emails:
- H 131 protects medical choice and informed consent by ensuring transparency in blood donations.
- Individuals deserve the right to request blood based on its vaccine history, just as they have the right to choose other medical treatments.
- This bill does not limit blood donations; it only mandates proper labeling and disclosure.
- There is insufficient research on the safety of transfusing blood from individuals who have received mRNA vaccines, making informed consent critical.
- Many individuals have religious or medical concerns about mRNA vaccines and should not be forced to accept blood from vaccinated donors unknowingly.
- Providing an option to request certain blood types does not burden the medical system but instead enhances patient rights and trust.
- There are no long-term studies of Covid-19 shots on the safety, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, or effect on reproduction.
- Covid injections were not properly tested and are dangerous, as confirmed by Pfizer’s own documents. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/pfizer-documents-confirm-covid-injections-are-dangerous/#gsc.tab=0
