Priced at $55 / £35 for 20 hours, they provide the same value for money as last year. But do not be overwhelmed by this much content because you have at least a year before the next instalment!
Much work has been put into production and the image is far crisper than before. Each talk has live video and slides edited in and can be viewed on computers and on your television via a DVD player. Presentations are also included in the set on a DVD Rom which also includes sourdough bread and fermented vegetable recipes and guidance notes from our workshops.
We also have pay per view so that individual talks can be rented for seven days to be viewed online. http://wapf-london.imedialibrary.com/
A very limited number of our 2011 DVDs are still available on Amazon and free videos of our first 2010 conference are still available at www.vimeo.com/wisetraditionsuk with over 100,000 views to date.
Notably, Maria Tarantino’s vegetable fermentation workshop at the event received prime time coverage on BBC Radio 4’s The Food Program. That show can still be viewed online: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01g4ks7
Your purchase will help ensure that the Weston A. Price Foundation continues to have a conference and voice in Europe because DVD sales are our only source of funding to prepare for future events in London. Thank you for your support and we hope you enjoy the recordings.
