26RS Senate Bill 155 gives the Agricultural Department the authority to declare an emergency giving it broad, unilateral authority to declare an emergency & restrict movement. This includes both natural disasters & communicable diseases such as Avian Flu.
- Call the Kentucky General Assembly Message Center at 800-372-7181 Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Let the operator know you’d like to leave a message asking for your Senator’s opposition of 26RS SB155.
- You may also ask for your Senator to give you a call back with their decision.
- Please share this information with your local farmers & neighbors that may not be members of Weston A. Price Foundation.
