The documentary Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe has been rolling out inΒ theatersΒ across the nation and opened Friday, May 20thΒ at the Angelika Pop Up Theater at Union Market in Washington DC where it will run through Thursday, June 2ndΒ with multiple shows daily.
This βmust seeβ film investigates how employees at the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the government agency charged with protecting the health of American citizens,Β concealed and destroyed dataΒ on their 2004 study after they found a statistically significant link between the timing of delivery of the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine and autism.Β This cover up was revealed by a senior scientist at the CDC, Dr. William Thompson, now an official whistleblower, to Dr. Brian Hooker. This alarming deception made 12 years ago has contributed to the skyrocketing increase of autism, potentially the most catastrophic epidemic of our lifetime. Β
