Cooking Classes, January and February 2010
Robin Shirley will be teaching two nourishing foods cooking classes coming up. All recipes follow Weston A. Price methods of cooking and nourishing our bodies.

Warming Winter Soups
Jan. 10th  2pm-3:30pm
$35 in advance $40 at the door

Nourishing Desserts
Feb. 7th 2pm-3:30pm
$35 in advance $40 at the door
