This recipe is being published during the fourth month of the year, when we are focused on the fourth of our 11 Wise Traditions Dietary Principles, which is to include raw animal foods in your diet.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 egg yolks [we don’t recommend raw egg whites]
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-type mustard
- 2 tablespoons snipped dill
- sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blend mayonnaise, egg yolks, mustard and dill together and season to taste.
- Excellent with salmon or raw beef, Italian style.
