Massachusetts legislators are considering a good bill that would prohibit Covid shot mandates and vaccine passports by the Commonwealth.
H.2974 would ensure that no person be compelled to receive an “immunization” for Covid-19 to secure, receive, or access any public facility, benefit, or service from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
This bill would protect all persons from being terminated due to not receiving a Covid shot. It also protects citizens from needing a vaccine passport/pass.
H. 2974, however, does not shield individuals from vaccine requirements or mandates imposed by private entities, including employers or businesses.
The WAPF advocates for a ban on all vaccine mandates—not limited to Covid-19 injections—applied to both public and private organizations, ensuring individuals are protected from vaccine-related discrimination now and in the future.
The bill was heard on September 22nd in the Joint Public Service Committee.

Sample script:
“Hi, my name is ____ and I am a constituent. I am calling to ask ___ to support H. 2974, which aims to protect people from being discriminated against by the State of Massachusetts or fired for refusal of a Covid-19 shot.
Some people likely chose not to be “vaccinated” because Covid injections were rushed to market and there have been no long-term studies to guarantee their safety. In support of their fears, to date 1,621,981 people have reported adverse reactions and 38,723 have died after the Covid injection – as reported to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). Just because someone chooses not to be part of a medical experiment does not mean that they should not be entitled to equal access and protection as their vaccinated counterparts.
Furthermore, the CDC’s own data shows that vaccination does not guarantee protection. Tens of thousands of vaccinated individuals have experienced severe cases of Covid, and many have died. The shots have not prevented infection or transmission.
I urge Representative _______ to support H. 2974 and to advocate for future measures that extend these protections to all individuals, ensuring that no one faces discrimination or loss of access based on their vaccine status, whether in public or private settings.”

TALKING POINTS for calls and emails:
- Share a personal story if you have relevant experience. Have you or a family member had an adverse reaction to a vaccine?
- One of the most basic human rights is that of bodily autonomy, as recognized by the Nuremberg Code. Ethical medicine requires prior, completely voluntary, and fully informed consent.
- No individual should be coerced, compelled, or mandated to take any vaccine, especially a Covid-19 shot that has not been fully tested or approved by the FDA and has not been proven to be safe.
- Following the Covid-19 vaccine rollout, millions of Americans were compelled or mandated to take a Covid-19 shot as a condition of employment, and many of those individuals were terminated from their jobs based solely on their refusal to take an experimental injection with known and unknown risks.

- Thousands of “fully vaccinated” people have gotten Covid. In some countries, the outbreaks are mostly amongst “fully vaccinated” people. - There are no long-term studies on the safety, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, or effect on reproduction of Covid-19 shots.

- Covid injections are made using dangerous nanotechnologies. They are also coated with a potentially deadly substance called polyethylene glycol (PEG), which can cause allergic reactions.
- Covid-19 shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by COVID-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely undercompensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.
- Covid-19 shots carry the risk of injury and death for some so there must be informed consent and the right to refuse the vaccine without penalty.
