A terrific bill would prohibit the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations (UN), and World Economic Forum (WEF) from having any power in Louisiana.
SB 133 also prohibits any state or political subdivision of the state from enforcing or implementing any rule, regulation, tax, policy, or mandate of the WHO, UN, or WEF.
This important bill would protect citizens in the state of Louisiana from harmful interference or mandates from these international organizations, including vaccine requirements, tracking, testing, and passports.
Preventing the WHO, UN, and WEF from having jurisdiction in Louisiana is necessary to prevent endless health “emergencies,” mandatory medical treatments, quarantines, travel restrictions, global health certificates, censorship, gain-of-function research, and wasted tax dollars.
SB 133 passed the Senate by a vote of 37 yeas and 0 nays on 3/26/2024. As of 5/1/2024, it is eligible for a House Floor vote.

It ensures that no rules, regulations, fees, taxes, policies, or mandates from these entities will be enforced or implemented within the state or its political subdivisions.
The WHO is desperately trying to control all nations and will continue to terrorize billions of people as they seek out “pathogens with pandemic potential” and solicit endless dollars for themselves and their sister organizations from both public and private sources.
It is widely accepted that the WHO mishandled the Covid response. They cannot be trusted to dictate what constitutes a pandemic nor manage future responses to pandemics.
Giving more power to the dysfunctional WHO is a threat to national security and to the U.S. Constitution. Louisiana has the right and responsibility to keep its citizens safe through their own public health choices.
A one-size-fits-all global health security agenda is not in the best interest of Louisiana citizens. In fact, it would put lives in danger and threaten sovereignty.
An improvement to this bill would be to add a penalty for any state entity or political subdivision of the state that violates the provisions of this bill.

TALKING POINTS:
1) Various international bodies such as the World Health Organization, United Nations, and World Economic Forum have demonstrated opposition to the principle of informed consent in vaccination. This principle ensures individuals have the right to decline a vaccine without facing pressure, coercion, or punitive measures.
2) The WHO, for instance, has characterized individuals who choose not to receive vaccines for reasons including medical, personal, or religious beliefs as “anti-vaxxers.” In a 2019 publication, they went further, publicly labeling such individuals as a threat to global health, painting them as the primary obstacle to worldwide well-being.
3) Given the WHO’s stance equating vaccine refusal with a global health risk, initiatives like SB 133 become essential. This bill aims to safeguard citizens from external interference that could undermine their right to informed consent. They protect an individual’s prerogative to decline vaccination for themselves or their children based on medical, personal, or religious convictions.
4) On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared a global coronavirus pandemic. By the next month, about half of the world’s population was under some sort of lockdown, with governments asking or ordering almost four billion people in more than ninety countries or territories to stay at home.1
5) The new international treaty and amendments they seek would give the World Health Organization authority regarding medical treatments, government regulations such as lockdowns and vaccine mandates, and citizen monitoring and surveillance.
