Ferment it! This beverage is a hit with both adults and children.
- 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 to 8 lemons)
- 1/2 cup Rapadura
- 1/2 cup whey
- 7 cups of filtered water
- half gallon glass container
- Add all ingredients to the glass container.
- Shake well to dissolve the sugar.
- Leave the capped container on the counter for 2 to 3 days.
- Move the container to the refrigerator.
- Serve cold or over ice.
