IS SHEDDING REAL?
A number of people sent me a recent series of articles by Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, claiming that shedding from Covid vaccines is real and something to be feared. The information presented is pseudo-scientific nonsense. He makes three claims, the first of which is that there is a virus involved in Covid. I don’t think I need to comment on this one. Then he claims that the “vaccines” contain mRNA, the mRNA gets into your “genome” and causes you to make spike proteins. The third claim is that your “immune system” is involved somehow in this process and gets “activated” by the spike protein and thereby causes damage. This spike protein can “shed,” making those around the vaccinated person sick even though they didn’t get the injection themselves.
His central argument is that the “mRNA” shots cause you to make spike proteins through some genetic modification mechanism. You would think that it would be easy to find studies that give X amount of mRNA, and this makes you produce Y amount of this specific protein. You would think there are hundreds of studies directly assaying for spike proteins in the blood of people or animals given mRNA shots over the years. In fact, there are exactly zero studies that even attempted either of these. No one has found spike proteins, let alone a spike protein from an imaginary virus, directly in the blood or fluids of any living being.
Instead, what they do is take antibodies that they allege are specific to that protein, inject the mRNA stuff, mix it with antibodies and if it binds— voila! They say they have found the spike protein. If this were true, then the control would be to inject a different mRNA, use the same antibody and see whether this lights up as well. Funnily enough, they have never done this, not once. Or, they could give the spike mRNA and use a different antibody, one that they claim isn’t specific to the spike protein, and see whether this binds. For some reason this wasn’t done either, not once.
All that these hundreds of studies with mRNA/spike proteins show is that if you give non-specific poisons to living beings you cause damage, sometimes great damage. I mean, stop the presses. Then the animal or person makes non-specific repair proteins called antibodies, which have erroneously been claimed to be part of an “immune system,” in an attempt to heal the damage. No surprise there either. Any other claim is pseudo-science.
What about the claim that vaxxed make the unvaxxed sick? This is one of those downstream claims that may be true, or may happen in some cases and for a variety of reasons, including predictive programming—which is why pseudo-science articles and practitioners are to be avoided. These claims always work the same. First an observation—one person gets sick, then another gets sick. Or buildings in the Ukraine get blown up. These are common observations. Then comes the claim: the sick person transferred a spike protein from the vaccine to the well person. . . and the buildings in Ukraine were blown up by exploding unicorns. In both cases there are other explanations—conflict between the couple, common exposure, energy and frequency issues for vaccines, and bombs and missiles for buildings blowing up. But for “shedding,” the observations are always inconsistent, as not everyone around vaxxed people gets sick. So then come the reification fallacies (namely, making stuff up to keep the story going). “Well, some people didn’t get sick because they have a good immune system.”
My whole point here is while there are clear issues with EMFs, toxic sprays, poison injections, and so on, the real issue is how we think. And as long as our thinking is wonky, we will go from one disaster to the next.

Many people have reported getting sick after being near recently vaccinated people. See this article by Greg Reese for a possible explanation having nothing to do with “viruses” or mRNA: gregreese.substack.com/p/evidence-shows-biological-id-system.
THANK YOU FROM WESTERN AUSTRALIA
It’s a hot summer morning in the outskirts of Perth, when I check my bushfire app—a necessary evil when your state has constant bushfires for about five months of the year. I jump in my car with my Esky cooler full of ice and head out for a long drive to my local farmer where I can get delicious raw milk and cream. But I am okay with that. Thank you, Weston A. Price Foundation and Natasha Campbell-McBride.
Here in Perth, the number of WAPF members is probably less than one hundred. On your podcast, Hilda’s voice encourages me as I get further out of the city. Raw cow’s milk is illegal here, not just in Western Australia but the whole country. But I don’t care. I have faith in the Weston A. Price Foundation and the GAPS diet. They didn’t poison me with amalgams and root canals and toxic food and water.
My list of health problems is long, like many others in “modern” society. Digestive issues, parasites, breast cancer and chronic fatigue. I am surrounded by ill health. I have two neighbours with multiple sclerosis and one with a myriad of health problems including low blood pressure and constant stomach pain.
As with many of us who discover WAPF, my husband is not entirely on board. He tends to roll his eyes at me when I want to discuss the latest WAPF journal, but I believe that there are people out there like me who know.
When people don’t understand or judge me or even get angry at me, I am reminded of how Weston Price lost his son and that sometimes learning can stem from a painful or scary experience; that learning is valuable and can change our lives in ways we could have never imagined.
One day my husband said something to the effect of “People don’t know what you are talking about, it’s crazy talk, they don’t have time for this stuff.” I remember my response vividly. “That’s because they’re not sick enough yet.” Sadly, I believe that. This Christmas after our family had left, he sat down, looked at me across the table and uttered “My family are all sick.” I almost cried.
Everyday I go into my small suburban yard and spend time in my garden (with no shoes of course). I grow as much as I can in my raised vegetable beds (because in Western Australia we have sand, not soil). I let my weeds grow and draw the carbon back into the Earth.
I have applied to my local council not to spray my verge with glyphosate and let nature do her own thing, at least on my property. I try to believe that little things matter and tell people around me what I know, if they are open to hearing it. I try to keep Hilda’s motto in my mind: “Keep your feet on the ground and your face to the sun.”
A big thank you to everyone involved with WAPF.

VACCINES AND COVID
I became intrigued by accounts of our food co-op members who drink raw milk as to their experience with Covid. I decided to take a survey of experiences. I did not try to interview every member, but only those who had time to speak to me. Here are the results of sixty conversations:
• Twenty-two people had no vaccine and no Covid. One was prescribed ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
• Twenty had no vaccine and mild Covid.
• Nine had no vaccine and moderate Covid (one had Covid twice and was treated with protocols from the Center for Holistic Medicine, Dr. Brownstein’s protocols).
• Four had at least one vaccine and no Covid.
• Two had at least one vaccine and mild Covid.
• Two had at least one vaccine and moderate Covid.
• One had at least one vaccine and severe Covid.
I treated the children as a separate category. Out of twenty-four children, three had received the Covid vaccine. They were all basically free of Covid.
The vaccine obviously does not protect against Covid—of the nine who were vaccinated, five got Covid; I was surprised by the number of people who were unvaccinated, and unconcerned about dying of Covid.

ALL HAIL THE WET-APRON ARMY
Greetings from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where some of our ancient wisdom still lives on in our elders. Recently, while finding myself unemployed, I doubled down on self-sufficiency and sustainability. I spent the better part of every day learning how to run an abundant, resourceful, efficient house with little waste, little disposability and drastically reduced spending.
In the quest for the best food and health for little money, I’ve found myself baking, canning and washing, always washing. There are always dishes to be washed and clothes and towels to be washed and hung out. This is the alternative to filling our trashcans and landfills with paper towels and styrofoam plates. When you make real food, this washing increases exponentially.
I find myself imitating the timeless patterns of skilled homemakers and, like them, my shirt always seems to be wet in the front from all the washing. I’m going through Grandpa’s old pictures, and I’m seeing a lot of these wet-apron women. I can remember them, too. Where I live they are mostly old Mennonite women, but you probably have some of them wherever you are from. They are rugged, old, conservative women who often wear dresses made of the same fabric, probably because they sewed their own.
While trying to do some of what they did, and going back over the memories, I realize that there was an army of these highly skilled, wet-apron women. They came from a time when there was men’s work and women’s work, but the women were just as skilled, and worked just as hard as the men. I remember everybody knowing it.
They knew how to prepare real, good, old-fashioned food that made real, good, old-fashioned men and women, and they knew how to get washing done in amounts that defy belief. They knew how to make sure a pile of kids had everything they needed and very little they didn’t. It was these women who made buildings into homes. It is fine with me if a woman does not choose this path, but I hope some do. I haven’t seen any of this type in a while, and I see more housing and fewer homes.

LET’S TALK BACON FAT
Let’s talk bacon fat. It’s not only yummy, but it’s medicinal, too.
After about three years of trying several remedies for hot flashes (homeopathy, progesterone cream, herbal remedies and teas), I finally stumbled upon a bona fide remedy for hot flashes: pork lard from a local farm.
This past Christmas season I had a lingering cough, so I made soup daily in an effort to eradicate the cough. Since I had a tub of the pork lard in my freezer, I decided to add that to my vegetable soup to make it tastier. I ate soup daily for weeks. After about one week, I had the most subtle but wonderful realization: “I am no longer waking up at 5 am with hot sweats!” I also noticed that I wasn’t daily playing “on again, off again” with multiple layers of sweaters, scarves and jackets. (I typically run cold during the winter, so I tend to bundle up!)
I don’t remember the exact day when the hot flashes stopped. . . but they stopped for good. Since I did not change anything else, it must have been the pork lard. I tested my theory by skipping pork lard for a day or two and voilà, the hot flashes were back, not fully, only slightly. So, I resumed my bacon fat regime. This good fat was feeding my body cholesterol to make the hormones I needed.
Prior to eating pork lard daily, I tended to eat Kerrygold butter, macadamia nuts and whole avocados as my sources of fat. But the pork lard did the trick!
Ahhh, lard, it’s gotten such a bad rap that I can hardly share my joyful enthusiasm for it. Some friends and many acquaintances still consider lard a “no-no.” It just goes to show that the diet dictocrats have really done a number on our culinary culture.
I just wanted to share this with any woman who suffers from menopausal symptoms. If nothing has worked for you, try pork lard! I hope it will politely dismiss any hot flashes for you also.

CRISIS IN MIDWIFERY PRACTICE
I have a small midwifery practice and a very large nutritional counseling practice primarily helping Amish and Mennonite women across the United States. I have been an advocate of Dr. Weston Price’s research for a long time.
Recently, I reached a “crisis” point in my midwifery practice. Although I have always encouraged healthy eating, my clients have not always listened. Since mid-December—in only one month—I have had: one client with pre-eclampsia; four out of seven clients with high blood pressure; one stillbirth. It is heart-wrenching to go to the funeral and watch a young couple bury their first child.
This was the second time in my four years of practice that I have had first-time parents bury a child. The other baby was born so severely deformed that it did not look human. There was little in the child that was compatible with life. Afterward, the young Amish couple reported that they had a shallow well, and they were surrounded by potato fields that were heavily sprayed.
Last year, I had multiple women with severe lacerations and others who struggled with non-productive labors and could not give birth without hospital intervention. The year before that, I had three cases of shoulder dystocia. I’ve had multiple cases of gestational diabetes, which we have been able to manage with diet change.
That is what I can recall in a few minutes. It has been a long four and one-half years as a midwife. This is not normal.
I went back through Dr. Price’s book, meticulously looking for answers.
I am in the process of writing a nutritional manual, and I am going to require all of my midwifery and nutritional clients to read it. It is going to focus on statistics that report the alarming increase in complications both in the prenatal period as well as during labor and delivery in the United States. Then, I will weave in Dr. Price’s findings and how they correlate to the current statistics. After that, I will explain the microbiome and how microbiome testing—and the physiology of human function—supports natural traditional diets.
There are consequences to what we eat. What we eat will either grow inflammatory pathogenic bacteria in the gut or it will support anti-inflammatory good commensals that create vitamins including vitamin K. Interestingly, some of the worst microbiome test results that I have seen are when people have been on highly refined modern foods. They have a lot of pathogenic oral bacteria that have reached the large intestine, wreaking havoc with health. I think it correlates nicely and supports Dr. Price’s work. Finally, I want to create a goal chart with a sliding scale for each food category. The left side of the page will list the “Refined foods of modern civilization” and the right side of the page will list “Foods that support body-building, repair and maintenance.” I am going to have them make personal short-term nutritional goals. At each prenatal visit, I am going to ask my clients to tell me where they stand on their nutritional goals. I want them to visualize where they are on the spectrum from the left side to the right side of the page.
I realize that I will not get everybody to jump to the right side of the page at the beginning. But I want them to see the need to be walking in that direction and I want them to realize that they are not there yet and take responsibility for what they eat.
I am trying to reach people who eat bromated flour, packaged cereal and Cool Whip. Some use Crisco and most eat dessert with every meal, as well as in between meals. Unfortunately, this is not a group of people that is looking for how to improve their health nor will they take the time to read Dr. Weston Price’s work—yet. (I will be working on that.)
I want to get this information out to a segment of the population that needs help and doesn’t realize they need help.

FINDING THE RIGHT PATH
I have been so lost the last few years with experts saying so many different things regarding diet and health. I have found myself exhausted trying to find the right path in nutrition and health in general for my family and myself.
“Eat only meat because vegetables and fruit are trying to kill you.”
“Eat only vegetables and fruit because meat is trying to kill you.”
“Grains will kill you.”
“Ancient grains are so valuable and nutritious.”
All these claims have been sucking the life and health out of me. How do I even lead my children?! Worse, I have found myself at the end of it all with health issues even though I say no to most conventional foods and have for many years now—all because of the vacillating advice out there. I think my liver, kidneys, intestines and thyroid are all struggling. I have been eating meat for only three years and before that I was a vegetarian for ten. All this vacillating, not knowing what to do.
Your simple reply in a desperate moment has given me more confidence in the Weston A. Price (traditional) way of eating. At least with meat in my diet, I was able to conceive.
And by the way, my little guy slept through the night and his skin looks so much better! He said it’s hardly itchy! Nothing has worked on this rash until we took your suggestion and rubbed it with goose fat.

YOU CAN OPT OUT!
I’m writing to let readers of the Wise Traditions journals know they have the ability to opt out of TSA pictures taken when boarding a flight.
Over Thanksgiving, I was in Atlanta getting ready to board an international flight. The gate agent made an announcement saying “The machine taking the pictures is very sensitive, and you must hold still for the machine to work.”
I walked up to the gate agent and said “I don’t want my picture taken.” The agent said, “No problem, you can just use your boarding pass.”
I was stunned! Hundreds of people were getting their picture taken at every gate. No one was even questioning it. I then started walking around to different groups preparing to board and loudly advised other passengers to opt out.
When returning to the U.S., I flew into JFK. There was a huge long line for customs, and a much shorter line for Mobile Passport Control (MPC) which “. . . allows eligible travelers to submit their travel document, photo and customs declaration information through a free, secure app on their smartphone or other mobile device.”
When I finally got to the customs agent, the agent wanted to take a picture and I said I didn’t want the picture taken. The agent said I could opt out, but I’d need to follow the policeman to a waiting area which I did. The policeman took my passport and I guess checked me out, and then I was allowed through customs. I have to wonder whether my non-compliance or refusal to participate makes a difference. I recognize the threat of the control system, but aren’t we already a part of it when we get a driver’s license and a passport? I welcome any insight on this subject!
