There are currently techniques being implemented to psychologically manipulate, persuade, and control the public. We’re not just referencing marketing firms trying to get you to purchase something. From Hollywood movies to government programs, there are subtle systems and approaches in place to alter behavior…and negatively impact the health and autonomy of the populace.
Jason Christoff runs an international psychological reprogramming institute and in this episode he explains what’s going on and how it can sabotage our independence and critical thinking without our even realizing it. Some techniques have been used for centuries and can shift us, for example, from a beta brain wave (thinking) state to an alpha brain wave (trance) state, making us susceptible to suggestion and more compliant. Jason also goes over what toxins in our environment “dumb us down” in effect, also making us possible pawns to powers that desire to control us.

.What blocks our critical thinking? Why don’t we ask more questions? In what ways are we primed to comply with messaging that we see and hear? Our guest helps uncover forces at play that seek to sabotage our attempts to get healthy and stay that way. This is Episode 513, and our guest is Jason Christoff. Jason runs an international psychological reprogramming institute where he educates on the topics of behavior modification, psychological manipulation, propaganda, self-sabotage, and mind control.
Jason goes over what techniques are being used to influence us, including ancient approaches that affect us without our even noticing them. Jason breaks it all down, from what we see in Hollywood movies to government announcements, and how it subtly or not so subtly steers us in the wrong direction. He explains how long it’s been going on and emphasizes the importance of recognizing the poison that makes us more susceptible to the programming we’re exposed to.

Welcome to Wise Traditions, Jason.
Thank you, Hilda. Thanks for allowing me to speak to your audience.
I know you’re very interested in safeguarding humanity’s health, and it’s very important to reveal what’s preventing our health from being all it can be in terms of the psychological inputs that we’re getting. I want you to kick things off with an example, maybe from a movie, maybe from a TV show, of ways in which mind control has been used to manipulate our behavior.
The Subconscious Mind And Its Role In Mind Control
I used to try and get people in shape as well, and that’s why I switched to mind control because getting people healthy doesn’t work unless you understand mind control. I’ll give you a good example of how what we see affects our behavior outside our conscious awareness. It’s like an example that will help the public understand. It’s the power of the media. Don’t forget the ancient Greek goddess Medea. She was the goddess of illusion and sorcery. Keep that in mind when I give this example.
There’s a movie called Gone in 60 Seconds. It came out in 2001. It was with Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie, and it was a movie about car theft. It had irregular plots. There was a Hollywood plot. There was a thug that had a beef with Nicolas Cage’s brother, and Nicolas Cage’s brother was going to be executed by the thug, except the thug remembered that Nicolas Cage was a retired car thief, one of the best.
The thug said, “I won’t kill your brother if you steal 100 cars for me tonight.” If you were to interview anybody in any theater and say, “Do you believe something you could see on the movie screen could affect your behavior? You could take it with you as instructions, and you’re going to go act it out in the real world,” no one in the lobby of any theater is going to agree to any of that.
Particularly related to car theft. They might think, “If I see someone smoking a certain cigarette, that could subconsciously program me,” but not related to car theft, which seems so extreme, right?
Yeah, it’s very extreme, and it would seem to go against our morality and our ethics. However, there’s this part of the brain that’s involved in mind control that keeps people unhealthy as well, and we’ll explain that. It’s obsessed with repetitive content because we’re pack animals as humans. We want to blend and bond with the bigger group, with the majority, and our subconscious, outside our conscious awareness, counts repetitive content, documents the repetitive content, and then forces us to act it out and adopt it as our own, all unbeknownst to us.
Subconsciously, right?
Yeah, subconsciously. It’s just like a cut healing. People understand you have a cut that heals. You’re not in control of it. If I cut my face shaving before a big date, I can’t say, “You got to heal tonight, cut. I got a big date. I want to look my best.” It’s automatic. It’s outside our control. It’s going to happen whether I want it or not, but it happens at its own pace. Menstrual cycle, hair growing, heart beating, eyes closing when a splinter goes toward our eye, it’s just automatic.
People know this is the case in other areas of the body, but they think their behavior is different, but it’s not. When this subconscious sits in the theater, it’s being proven as well that it’s counting for repetitive content, but it also doesn’t know that it’s a theater. It doesn’t know the difference between real-time, imagined thought, and what’s on a screen.
That’s why, and especially at the climax of a movie, your heart is beating fast as if you were right there with the protagonist because they’re being chased or whatever it is. You identify with it as if it were happening to you.
Your body is reacting like it is happening to you or it’s happening in front of you, which has other implications as well. There’s a lot of car theft in the movie because Nicolas Cage had to steal 100 cars. They didn’t show all 100 being stolen, but at least 25. What’s going on in your subconscious that you know nothing about is your subconscious is saying, “Hilda, you’re in a car theft tribe. In order to blend in here and bond and be accepted, you might want to adopt the tribal customs, rituals, and behaviors, which is car theft,” but no one’s going to think this whatsoever.
When this movie was released in Burnaby, BC, Canada, car theft went up 70% in the first four days alone. This was recorded by Dr. Jerry Kroth out of Santa Clara University. He’s documented various other social contagion because we, as humans, want to mimic, mirror, copy, and blend in with the majority. We establish what the majority is saying, thinking, or doing by the repetitive themes, patterns, or content of the environment that we’re in at the time.
All this is run by your subconscious lovingly. It’s a protection system. This goes on, and what we see affects our behavior. If we get garbage in, garbage out, which the people who rule us, unfortunately, are masters of putting the garbage in, this is why our lives are in such disarray. This is why no one has any morality or ethics anymore. They can’t control what they eat. They’re heavily addicted, not because they were born like that, but because it’s been repetitively imprinted into their subconscious mind pathway.
What the subconscious declares is that, say, if you have a lot of repetition in the area of being unhealthy, overweight, and medicated, your subconscious literally says, “Jason, although you consciously wish to be unsedated, unmedicated, and toned, it’s very dangerous because the tribe you’re in, the majority of people in your tribe, are not like that.”
If you become the opposite of the majority, you will be attacked, and it’s my job as the subconscious to keep you safe and secure. Anytime you will try to get toned, get in shape, and lose weight, I’m going to rifle your nervous system pathways with fear-based stimuli so that you self-sabotage and basically scuttle your best attempt to become a better human being.
It doesn’t matter what we attempt to be. If we attempt to become better in a herd of mediocrity, and that herd could be completely manufactured by environmental repetition out of the media, but if our subconscious thinks that us being better is a threat to our survival, it’s going to put a hockey stick in the spokes and trip us up, absolutely.
Any thinking person, any critical thinker, will have noticed over the years, whether it’s an ad on TV where they’re like, “Call 1-900-222-555,” and they keep saying it, “Call,” we know the power of repetition. During the time of COVID, they kept saying, “Protect your neighbor,” and, “Wear a mask,” and, “Vaccines are safe and effective.” I don’t even know all the things because I tried not to listen, and that is a challenge.
The people in the audience of the Wise Traditions podcast and the Weston A. Price Foundation here, Jason, are people who want to resist these inputs, which is why it’s important to discover what’s happening, how they’re going about it, and what we can do to protect ourselves. I do want to talk to you about the purpose of mind control. You said it’s to get us to behave so that we feel like we’re one of the pack. That’s a subconscious desire that’s innately wired in us, isn’t it?
The Purpose Of Mind Control
Yeah, absolutely. Don’t forget, mind control can be used to uplift the society as well, because it doesn’t matter if you reprogram yourself, which is what I teach, where I teach how to flood your subconscious mind pathway with repetitive influences that are positive, always in the direction of your dreams or goals. It’s not used like that.
It’s not necessarily black magic or white magic. It’s the heart of the sorcerer that makes the magic either good or bad, and we have a lot of black magicians in and around the media, in and around the government policies that know it doesn’t matter what they want to do. We have kids in school cutting their genitalia off because of these simple modalities of mind control, repetitive content, reward and punishment. You’re rewarded for participating, you’re given the limelight, and you’re promoted.
I call it kamikaze mind control, where that’s what happened with kamikaze pilots. They were told, “You’re going to be on the placard. You’re going to be celebrated in Tokyo Square. You’re going to be honored for the rest of your life, which is going to end tomorrow,” and the subconscious, in its unthinking, illogical, irrational ways, said, “This is great. I’m super safe,” but you’re safe and you’re dead. There’s ways to hack it that will completely bypass our genetic preservation mechanisms, and the group ruling us knows how to do that.
I saw one of the videos that you posted either on your website or in your private email list showing how this guy’s just walking along. I think he was some magician. He was chit-chatting and talking about different things and tossing a ball over there and stopping in a bar over there, and at the end, he asked everyone watching the video draw an image. Almost everyone in the studio audience, but even people who watched it later, drew the same image. Why? It is because it was a subconscious signal that he had planted throughout the video that any person who’s just watching it would never have noticed at first, right?
That’s exactly it. That man who did that trick did it in front of 15 million people live. There was not one bead of sweat on his forehead because these are guaranteed protocols. He knew if he put X, Y, and Z, sort of like you said, in the background of the video he showed before he came up on stage and finished his magic trick, he knows you put in X, Y, Z, you get out 1, 2, 3. He wasn’t nervous at all because he hid six images in his walk and talk, and it’s been proven you only need two images to modify behavior.
He tripled what he needed, so he was extra confident that they would draw exactly what, and the conscious mind didn’t see any of the images. The subconscious downloaded them all and said, “This is a new tribe, and if we’re getting asked to draw an image, we might want it to reflect the gang signs of the tribe we’re in.” The judges, it was America’s Got Talent. Howie Mandel drew the image, and the whole studio audience, save a couple, drew the same image as well. This is bingo, bango, bongo, these are very simple modalities to get out a guaranteed result in the public.
Repetition is one, even subtle repetition of images, for example, that the conscious mind can’t quite process. What are other techniques of mind control?
Techniques Of Mind Control
Basically, fear is a big one, and that was inside the example that you just talked about. He rushed Howie Mandel to draw his image. He rushed the audience to draw their image. If he gave them time, it wouldn’t have been as effective, because when you get fear, you shut off the rational part of the brain. When that goes away, you get the programming part of the brain taking control of the behavior.
This is why in COVID, there was a ticker tape at the bottom every day, who died, who’s infected, and no review of the validity of the testing protocols. No one’s even asking how many people die on a regular basis. No one’s even asking. You thought you were in the realm of the superheroes, where Aquaman’s not supposed to die, Superman’s not supposed to die.
Although it seemed very fatalistic, fear-based, and pandemic-based, there were no extra deaths. One percent of the population dies every single year. In Canada, there are 37 million people. About 300,000 people die every year in Canada. That’s thousands a day. If you told someone that two people died in a senior care home, people are losing their minds because that’s just the way propaganda rolls. You want to frame regular deaths as being from some novel influence, some novel pathogen.
If we’re afraid and if we’re getting repetitive messages, then we’re more likely to, as you’ve suggested throughout this conversation, go with the flow. That flow isn’t taking us to a healthy place. This is the silver lining that I noticed during COVID. People were waking up, like, “I don’t want to take some untested shot that’s supposed to cure something that’s novel. This has been rushed through. I don’t think this is a good idea.” People started second-guessing, and maybe that was part of what woke them up during that time. I’m not saying everyone did, but do you see it the same way?
Yeah, but this is where you saw the escalation, where even Biden got on the camera and said, “Our patience is wearing thin.” There was just this ratcheting of the fear all the time to get the herd moving in the direction that the mind controller wanted. Ten percent fear would get so many people into the abattoir. You got to ratchet it up, 20%, 30%, and then the outliers, they’re hanging on for dear life. As soon as Biden said, “Our patience is wearing thin,” you could see people were like, “They’re going to come, they’re going to get us.”
You just get more and more people, and the mind controller knows we’re not going to get everybody, but we’re going to get as many as we can. We’re going to throw the net in, we’re going to use every single mind control modality under the sun, and we’re going to at least try and get 60% in the net, if not 65% to 70%.
It’s so powerful, Jason, that people don’t see what’s right in front of them. I’m thinking of the fact that Biden said that, and “This is going to be a winter of death and sickness,” and I don’t know all the things he said. To me, it seems like something from a dystopian movie. That’s why I couldn’t buy it anymore. It seemed like theater. Most everyone else was glued to the TV as if that were gospel.
When the human brain is in fear, it’s always going to look to authority figures for the answer.
It is because when the human brain is in fear, it’s always going to look to authority figures for the answer. You’ll put up perceived authority figures for the adults, that would be the politicians. For the children, you’d put up people like James Corden, or some musicians, Sean Penn. Everybody took their turn at throwing the public into the shot abattoir.
When humans are afraid, which all mind controllers know, fear has a particular effect on behavior. It shuts down the prefrontal cortex, which is behind the forehead. It activates our fight or flight system, which is the limbic system. The limbic system is irrational, illogical, and it cannot discern long-term consequences of its actions.
You want to keep the people in fear all the time to maximize the profit or the compliance quotient of the public, to maximize the profit of the psychological operation. This is what was going on. Fear is the base foundation of all mind control campaigns. You have to ramp it hard at the beginning. You got to stoke and start the fire, and then, after that, you just keep the fire burning by coming back time after time and basically reinserting whatever fear modality you want for that particular week, like the Asian killer hornets, or “There’s a new variant,” or “The vaccine’s no longer working,” whatever it takes.
When do they go to the tactic of distraction? I’m thinking about how the bread and circus in Roman times, or as you were mentioning, Sean Penn, we go with actors or musicians or TV shows to distract us from what’s happening. When is that used as a tactic?

Ancient Black Magic Trick And Its Use In Compliance
Basically, what’s funny is that if they can keep you looking at the screen, whether it’s entertainment or football or a sports ball game or even watching government policy, what people don’t know is there’s an ancient black magic trick. I’ve read about this in a black magic book from the 1600s. It’s called fixing of the gaze. This is the basis of a lot of hypnosis where, like the old hypnotist, would have the pocket watch and say, “Keep your eye on the watch. You’re getting very sleepy.”
It’s been shown that when you focus your eyesight, given how your defenses work in your subconscious mind, your defense has a primary level and a secondary level. Your first level is to always look around to assess your environment for attack. We’re very nervous animals as humans. People don’t know that, just generally. We’re always supposed to be looking around, using our eyesight to assess. The nervous system knows there will be times where we focus in on one particular point of attention. When that happens, the body goes to defense system number two. Oddly enough, defense system number two is doing what you’re told.
When you’re watching a sports ball game, watching the drama of the day, or even watching a government announcement, and you’re not thinking, the more entertainment-based or fear-based. When you go to the single point of attention, you go from beta brainwave state, which is the thinking state, to alpha, which is the trance or hypnosis state.
Given that you’re at a physical disadvantage because your eyes are no longer working because you’re the one controlling them and you’re not looking at the full spectrum savanna for threats, the nervous system says, “No problem. This happens quite a bit. We’re going to go to the compliance system as a way to find safety.”
We’re going to do as we’re told because we’re at some physical neurological disadvantage for strength. When you’re watching a screen and you’re in alpha, you are more likely to do what you’re told, and you’re more likely to comply with the herd and the majority. The herd and the majority are the repetitive content.

If I can get you staring at a screen and control the repetitive content that’s getting beamed into you in alpha brainwave state, you’re going to bite into that and adopt those beliefs, ideas, and behaviors as your own as a defensive mechanism out of love. This is the subconscious. It’s always trying to do this out of love to keep you safe and secure. The people who control us know this. They take advantage of this loving, defensive, security survival system.
The Impact Of Entertainment On Our Behavior
It’s so wild to stop and think, years ago, I never realized any of this. The fact that television is telling me something, tell a vision. The programs, listen to the word. There are programs that you watch. There are channels. It’s all this language associated with magic, hypnosis, and control.
It’s broadcast, or they’ll call the news anchor. Why are these all fishing terms? Newscast, broadcast, he’s the news anchor. These are all fishing terms because they’re trying to get you into the net. The ancient Phoenicians, who invented and honed all these hypno skills, were fishermen. We’re going to see that’s the worldwide nest or the net. They’re fishermen. They’re trying to get us in the net.
Even the World Wide Web, if you think about it.
You’re going to get stuck in their web.
What’s interesting is the word entertainment as well. Not to go too deep into all the wordplay, but entertainment has to do with detaining or holding on to something. We don’t even realize that. We think, “It’s just a little fun,” but we are unwittingly subjecting ourselves to programming that may be affecting our behavior, that is affecting our behavior.
People think this is a minor part of TV and movies. It’s the only part. It’s the only reason these things exist. Even for the 30 years prior to 2020, there were over 400 movies released in the zombie vaccine saves the day genre. If you’re going to hijack the subconscious mind pathway, you want to get a lot of people watching these movies. This virus zombie vaccine genre was huge 30 years before because they wanted people to download their instructions and their fear. This is very essential. If you go back to the movie Contagion with Laurence Fishburne and Matt Damon in 2011, there was social distancing. There was asymptomatic spread. Guess where the virus was out of?
China?
Absolutely. Were the gyms closed? Yes. Were the airports closed? Yes. What’s funny is that there’s something called an R-naught number. An R-naught number is the viral replication number. The R-naught number named by Laurence Fishburne in the movie Contagion was so close to the replication model that Neil Ferguson gave out of the Imperial College. It was 2011.
The movie Contagion was a documentary. It’s called psychological priming so that when the real exercise went live in 2020, basically a psychological operation, everybody’s like, “I know what to do, masking, social distancing, and washing.” They all got it from the movie Contagion and all the other movies, World War Z with Brad Pitt, I Am Legend with Will Smith, Outbreak with Dustin Hoffman, 28 Days.
There were 400 movies like this, and they were all the same theme, Angels and Demons with Tom Hanks, Hobbs and Shaw with Jason Statham and The Rock. It’s all the same genre, to be afraid of the invisible thing you can’t see. But don’t worry. The people controlling the theater have the equipment to test you. You can’t see it. They can see it.
The whole thing, you said distraction. What makes people sick is poison. If they can get you looking away from your vodka, your tequila, your latte, and your McDonald’s, the visible, and have you focus on the invisible, they got you. That’s what they did. Someone’s saying, “There’s something I can’t see in the air that’s giving me diarrhea, a rash, and a stuffed-up nose.” I’m like, ‘No. Hold on. Look at what you just ate and drank. That’s making you sick.” They’ll say, “No. If that was making me sick, they would tell me.”
This is so mind-blowing. I hope people hit read from the top again because I saw many truth bombs, as they say, that you’re putting out there. The one thing that’s crossing my mind, Jason, is this, I think that I was able to resist some of the mind control efforts in 2020 because I’ve never watched any of those movies you just mentioned. I’m a fish that could get away because I didn’t receive all that predictive programming. I think one good way, probably, for us all to shield ourselves is to avoid that media, that hypnosis, in the first place. What other things would you suggest?
The Role Of Poison In Weakening Our Resistance
The study is that this group we’re dealing with only has two modalities that they prop up this whole horse-and-pony show with, mind control and poison. It is because the studies on mind control are very simple, and they always crank out the same results in terms of the percentage of the population that complies. Someone said, “How about if we screw around with their brain function, brain damage them, poison them, intoxify them before we dump the repetition?”
Someone says, “Let’s give that a try,” and then they’re like, “What’s going on here? We’re getting double the percentage.” What’s happening there is what you see on what’s called trail cameras in the wild. You’ll get a wolf. He’ll be in a fight. He’ll be injured in some way, a little bit of blood, not dead, can still walk. You watch that wolf on the trail camera, and he goes right into the middle of the wolf pack. He needs security. He needs the group. Poisoned animals are herd animals.
Herd animals need the group more than strong animals. If you poison people within an inch of their life, which they’ve done for the past 50 years, you psychologically prime the population to comply with group pressure because they’re too out of shape, too brain-damaged, and not only weakened physically, stealing their self-esteem, stealing their self-confidence, their self-respect. If you muscle test someone, you’ll find that if you fire any lie through their metabolism, they’ll break, like muscle testing’s on the air.
If you have them watch disempowering media, they’ll also break because lies about your strength and who you are as a human being break the metabolic system. When you’re watching actors shoot and kill each other on Netflix, you’re weakening yourself, even if you’re organic. The guy, the CEO of Netflix, Marc Randolph, his great uncle was Edward Bernays, the father of propaganda. He wrote the book Propaganda and Crystallizing Public Opinion. He’s the father of weaponized mind control. His great-nephew is Marc Randolph, the current CEO of Netflix.
They’ve been surrounding the public. Let me tell you something. I know we don’t have a lot of time. If anybody wants to email me, I will send them something that’s very hard to find called The Push. This will show you how quickly someone can be mind-controlled to do anything. It’s called The Push. It was organized by a man called Derren Brown. He’s a UK mind control specialist. Netflix hired him. Derren Brown put together a made-for-Netflix special, 70 actors, 1 mind control victim. It’s only two hours long. That’s it.
This whole experiment with the 70 actors was run four separate times. At the end of the show, the crescendo ends on the top of a ten-story building. You’ll have to watch it to find out why, but there’s the victim on the top of the building, surrounded by group pressure, being with the herd. Oddly enough, there’s an old man sitting with his legs hanging off the side of the building. How he got there, you’ll have to watch to find out. Don’t worry. He’s not an old man. He’s a stuntman.
It is because what the group has done over the two hours was put enough mind control modality pressure on him, the same pressure that was put on people from 2020 to 2024 and still going, and for him to relieve the pressure and bond with the group, he’s going to go push the old man off the side of the building and kill him live on camera. The only person that does not know what’s going on is being requested to commit murder. It was run four times. Three out of the four people pushed the stuntman, the old man, off the side of the building, killing him live on camera.
The subconscious records every megapixel and millisecond of your entire existence, sorting for repetitive content from the last trimester for your entire life.
All the psychologists and psychiatrists came out, “Don’t worry, you didn’t kill him. You’re getting filmed. Here’s Derren Brown. You know Derren.” These people, that was with two hours of mind control. The average person has been getting lied to, mind-controlled, and psychologically manipulated before they came out of the womb because it’s been proven that the subconscious records every megapixel, every millisecond of your entire existence, sorting for repetitive content from the last trimester for your entire life.
Reprogramming Our Subconscious Mind
This is so fascinating. I have a bunch of questions that I want to squeeze in before we close up. One is, you have been invited to speak at parliaments and to different bodies of leaders around the world. Why? Are they trying to mind-control people, or do they want to learn from our mistakes, let’s say?
I’m in a group where everybody has their expertise. I consider mine the most important, because the guy next to me, his expertise is the strokes. The guy next to him, his expertise is the heart attacks. The guy next to him is the financial devastation from the lockdowns. None of this could happen without mind control. If we tackle mind control, there are no heart attacks, there are no strokes, there are no lockdowns, because we want everybody aware of the characteristics of a psychological operation to say to the magician, “I know what you’re doing. Your magic show is not impressing me. Nice try, get off the stage.” That’s what we need.
Question, Jason, who is the magician? Probably, this is the biggest question of all.
I can send you another article, or people can ask for it. I get that question all the time. Senator Ron Johnson asked me that in the U.S. Senate on the COVID roundtable, right on the floor with 40 international cameras filming me, “Who are they?” I sidestepped it like an extra politician, because I don’t want to tinfoil-hat my entire group. This group is ancient. This is old technology. This is not new technology. They go back to ancient Egypt, Sumeria, and Babylon. These are ancient black magicians. They’re weak. They don’t do things by force because they’re physically weak. They will manipulate you to destroy yourself because they don’t have the power to do it by force.
It’s so ancient. Why did you say earlier in this conversation that we have been manipulated or mind-controlled for the past 50-some years? Does it go back to before that?
It goes back well before that. We would have been conditioned, say, since we were born about viruses and illness and what’s the cause of illness. Alcohol’s normalized, and caffeine’s normalized. Alcohol and caffeine are two of their most effective poisons for mind control. They’ve been so normalized, the average person has no idea that they’re participating willingly, which is what a good mind controller will make sure you do to yourself. What they could never do by force, you’ll defend, and you can’t stop it.
That is powerful and lots to think about. I’m thinking about the silly little t-shirts that you can pick up at Target that say, “But first, coffee.” We’re just like, “That’s so funny.” Maybe it’s not funny after all.
That’s them. Don’t forget, in 1987, Starbucks was going bankrupt. It had six stores with Howard Schultz. He couldn’t make the deal. He told a guy on a basketball court he had failed to acquire the six bankrupt stores. The guy says, “I got someone who’s going to help you out.” Guess who helped Howard Schultz buy the six shops?
Who? I forget.
William Gates Sr. and Bill Gates Jr. funded them. There’s now 40,000 of them. Why would the Gates family, farmland guy, climate guy, vaccine guy, block-out-the-sun guy, and then all of a sudden, his interest in caffeine and food not fit for a maggot, somehow that’s going to be pushed to the side? Caffeine is proven to be their most effective mind control weapon because it shuts down critical thinking, it activates the limbic system, and it shuts down the prefrontal cortex. You can feel it. If you go a week without coffee and take another sip, you’ll feel yourself go numb. That’s why people like it. It’s a painkiller. What’s happening is your prefrontal cortex is going to sleep.
You’ve suggested that you offer ideas for reprogramming our subconscious and extricating ourselves from this matrix of sorts. I do always pose at the end here a question that if the reader could do one thing to improve their health, what would you recommend that they do? Maybe we could shift a little. If there’s one thing we could do to protect ourselves from this programming and this mind control, what would you recommend that we do?

Get your prefrontal cortex on so you can see it. Stop poisoning yourself. Your institution is one of the best for healthy living principles. Paul Chek has spoken at your institution years ago. His book How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! is the number one book anybody should be interested in if they want to live a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is prefrontal cortex activation. That’s the only way you’ll see the mind control magician doing his tricks.
Powerful words to end on. Thank you so much, Jason, on behalf of the Weston A. Price Foundation. We are so grateful for this time.
Thank you, Hilda.

About Jason Christoff
Jason Christoff runs an international psychological reprogramming institute where he educates on the topics of mind control, behavior modification, psychological manipulation, propaganda, self-sabotage and brainwashing. This information allows each graduate to review their own internal programming, which may be holding them back from expressing their full potential in life. If a graduate discovers that they carry self-destructive and self-abusive behaviors in their subconscious mind pathway, reprogramming options are explained and provided. With this knowledge, graduates of Jason’s program have the capability to review the subconscious behaviors of their patients, clients etc, and reprogram in a similar fashion.
