Dr. Carlson will dissect a recent, highly-publicized Harvard study claiming that the more red meat you eat, the higher your risk of disease and death. Dr. Carlson will deconstruct the study, showing its serious problems and, more basically, will challenge the mainstream medical theory that high-cholesterol and high-fat foods can cause coronary heart disease and other life-threatening conditions.
