Hi Hilda! I’ve recently been on a health journey and discovered the Wise Traditions podcast, which has re-grounded me in properly preparing foods as the foundation of whole health. Thank you so much for all the valuable information and encouraging listeners to be extra mindful about healing and health! I had a question having just listened to your podcast about baby formula with Sally Fallon Morel, and wondered if this baby formula might be a good formula also for somebody recovering from an illness where their diet needed to be very restricted. Would the baby formula be recommended for adult nutrition for someone convelescing?
