Home Kitchen Bill, SB 272, in House Ag. Committee Wednesday morning, 8:30 a.m. SB 272, sponsored by Sen. Creigh Deeds, exempts home kitchens for preparing specific foods–breads, jams, jellies, etc…–for direct sale to the final consumer. This bill has already passed the full Senate without much controversy. We might have opposition in the House so PLEASE make the calls!
ACTION: Please call all members of the House Ag. Committee and ask them to SUPPORT SB 272.
