Vaccine rights attorney Alan Phillips spent 48 hours in jail last week for contempt of court because he refused to breach attorney-client privilege by providing the North Carolina State Bar with confidential client files.
Mr. Phillips is a nationally recognized expert and presenter on vaccine policy and law. He is the nation’s only attorney whose practice is focused solely on vaccine exemptions and legislative activism.
For at least the past two years, the North Carolina Bar has been investigating Mr. Phillips; unable to identify any evidence of wrongdoing, the Bar has nevertheless filed a lawsuit against Mr. Phillips in an unjustified attempt to revoke his license to practice law.
It is our understanding that Mr. Phillips has filed several complaints, requesting that an independent review look into the State Bar’s actions in this matter, yet his grievances have been dismissed.
We can only assume Mr. Phillips is being harassed because of his chosen specialty – vaccine law.
Mr. Philips was released from jail, but he will presumably go back to jail if he refuses to turn over his client list by his next hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Will you please help our friend today?
1) Contact North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper and ask him to initiate an independent investigation into the State Bar’s misconduct.
You can call the Governor at 919-814-2000 or 800-662-7952 or email him via this online form: https://governor.nc.gov/contact/contact-governor-cooper
Please note that calls are more effective than emails.
2) Donate to Attorney Alan Phillip’s legal defense fund. His case is costing a substantial amount of money and he needs financial support.

This “Alert” could possibly be very educational if one would want to know the truth of Law vs the rule of private corporations.
As far as I know there is no Law that prevents an American from working as a lawyer. If that is not true then show me the Law! However if one volunteers into a private membership (whether or not these organizations are based on American Law or their own private rules) then the individual voluntarily subjugates themself to following the dictates of that entity which, unfortunately, can be contrary to true American freedom!
Here’s a reference in regards to Alan Phillips that concerned an earlier issue concerning American Law and the prohibitions of certain private memberships.
A letter to the editor by Arthur Stopes, III.
“Attorneys” (Alan Phillips, JD?) may not reveal the LIMITS of federal jurisdiction.
To the Editor(s):
The article about the “Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015” (H.R. 2232), is typically SILENT, where the LIMITS of such “Acts of Congress” are concerned. IF you ask “Alan Phillips, JD” about this little-known (but very important) matter, he – as an “officer of the court” – may be constrained by the BAR to discuss it.(!)
… The cited “H.R. 2232”, being a “House Resolution”, is an “Act of Congress”. The all-important legal definition of such an Act, states that they are (quote): “locally applicable to and in force in the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, in a territory or in an insular possession.”
Please notice that the fifty States of the Union are NOT mentioned, in that short list of “Federal Areas”. Therefore, the awesomely captioned “Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015” applies to (quote): “the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, in a territory or in an insular possession.” Only. And, ONLY! …
As I have said before: I appreciate the support that is attributed to “vaccine-rights attorney Alan Phillips”. I understand the nature of the “unlawful” legal attack – especially in light of the content of my Blogs on this subject matter including: “Hidden Vaccine Truths – Now Revealed! – Deepest Investigative Reporting”. I understand the injustice. However, if the only thing that is being threatened in this situation is “his license” then I don’t know whether that is such a bad thing. Loosing this particular “license” might actually be a real blessing!
I would like to know where his “license” comes from. I’d like to respond to that. I was under the impression that attorneys don’t actually have licenses but rather are simply issued Bar membership cards.
Re: “donating to support Phillips’ defense” – Does that mean that Alan will not be representing himself? If not why not? I’d like to respond to this as well.
New Lawful strategies for having attacks like this dismissed in court (with prejudice) have very recently been revealed. My very best offer of “support” would be to share this knowledge with Alan if he wishes.

it is the right of every citizen to be represented by a lawyer in court, otherwise only those rich enough to hire lawyers can buy justice for themselves (or steal justice from those unable to hire lawyers). Attorney/Client privilege is not only expected but REQUIRED to ensure client safety.
