Earlier this week, we alerted you to a terrible bill in Minnesota that would eliminate long-standing MMR vaccine exemptions. Now we want to turn your attention to a bill we strongly SUPPORT.
Minnesota HF3219 would designate mRNA technology as a bioweapon under state law, recognizing the risks of these novel products and taking steps to protect public health, informed consent, and state sovereignty.
While this bill faces an uphill battle in the current legislature, it sends a powerful message, and building momentum behind it helps shift the conversation and show lawmakers that Minnesotans are paying attention.
Authored by Rep. Pam Altendorf (HF 3219), this important bill was introduced on April 22, 2025, and referred to the House Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

This legislation is a bold step that sends a strong message: we demand transparency, accountability, and real safety data before injecting experimental products into the population.
mRNA shots like the Covid-19 injections are not traditional vaccines — they are experimental gene therapies that have caused over 1.6 million adverse events and 38,000 deaths in the U.S. alone, according to the federal VAERS database.
Under the PREP Act, manufacturers are shielded from liability. Injured individuals are denied justice—most receive nothing, and there is no right to legal appeal.
HF 3219 may be a long shot, but supporting it is critical. Please do everything possible to move this bill forward and protect Minnesotans.”

- Share why this is personal to you. Have you or someone you know had a vaccine reaction?
- mRNA “vaccines” represent a new, untested gene therapy technology lacking long-term, placebo-controlled safety and efficacy studies. Without this data, the people of Idaho are being subjected to an ongoing experiment with unknown consequences.
- Covid shot manufacturers and providers are shielded from liability through the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act. The only option for compensating people injured by COVID-19 vaccines is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). Only eight percent of all petitioners since 2010 have been awarded compensation through the CICP. No legal or medical expert fees are covered, no pain and suffering is awarded, lost wages are capped at $50,000 per year, and there is no judicial appeal. In other words, the victims will be severely under-compensated while the pharmaceutical companies get rich.

- Vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline have paid billions of dollars in criminal penalties and settlements for research fraud, faking drug safety studies, failing to report safety problems, bribery, kickbacks and false advertising.[i],[ii] Pfizer paid $2.3 billion in 2009 alone to resolve criminal and civil allegations.
