Governor DeSantis has called a special session to balance the budget AND he pulled the Medical Freedom Bill back in, SB1756 & HB917 to the agenda for advancement. Please let your voice be heard. Every single call, email and person who shows up will count!
This bill seeks to protect Medical Freedom rights and this bipartisan initiative recognizes the fundamental human rights of each person, each parent, and every medical choice. Vote for SB 1756 which already passed the Senate in regular session. It’s a modest, measured bill that strengthens informed consent, protects parental rights by expanding exemptions, and ensures medical decisions remain free from coercion and financial incentives. Medical choices are between a family and their medical doctor!
