Raw Milk: The Lost Elixir of Life

Ancient Egyptians, Mongols, Vikings and many others thrived on this incredibly dangerous white liquid that they consumed on a regular basis. I don’t know what they called it, but in modern times, we call it milk. According to our most authoritative government agencies, like the CDC or FDA, drinking this stuff is like playing Russian roulette with your life. How did those people survive on milk without modern technologies like pasteurization and homogenization?
Maybe modern technology is the problem, not the solution. I have been drinking raw milk for over twenty years and have never had a problem. I get it from the Amish, who are not exactly known for having high tech.
This video sums up the effects of pasteurization technology on raw milk. Enzymes needed to digest the milk are destroyed. Vitamins A, B, C and E—destroyed or greatly reduced. Bioavailability of minerals like copper and iron—messed up. Same with probiotics. You may not be able to see the difference between a glass of raw milk sitting next to a glass of processed milk, but at a molecular level, there is no similarity.
We also see video footage of real-food producers being raided, robbed and pillaged across the entire country, from California to New England. These outrages are being perpetrated by a large criminal syndicate known as government. While these goon tactics have become less common in recent years, it is good to remember what has happened and what can happen again if we don’t keep pushing back. The thumb is pushing back and UP.
