I am a carpenter and I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee. My educational experience includes, wilderness survival, primitive skills, mentoring youth and adults in nature connection, and traditional carpentry. I hold a degree in traditional wooden boat building and have studied traditional timber framing. But before I was a carpenter I was a professional baker and cook.
The Weston A Price foundation has changed my life and helped me reclaim my health from complex chronic illness as well as helped me to feel closer to the earth and the food I eat. My passion is in the kitchen. My happy place is in their simmering bone broth, making sausage, layering in nutrient dense foods in new ways, baking sourdough, and learning new skills. I love sharing what I have learned with others. You can find me on Instagram.
