Imagine being stuck on a desert island with only one food for survival. What would you choose? Our guest today, cheesemaker and founder of the Weston A. Price Foundation, Sally Fallon Morell, would definitely say cheese! Today, we’re thrilled to welcome Sally back to Wise Traditions to tell us all about her favorite food. Hello…I am battling stage 4 cancer and have been avoiding dairy also for allergies. Cheese makes my nose runs and gives me gas bloat. I am told that it is mucous forming and can grow tumors; and that the calcium in cheese is not absorbable because the body leaches calcium from the bones to neutralizes the acidic ash it leaves in the lymph. Please explain if cancer patients should be eating cheese or dairy. thanks

What does Tom Cowen say about listeria infection? I am making and eating raw dream cheese (from david asher) daily and we are loving it. If my wife gets pregnant do I have to deny her this delight because I have to be afraid the cheese will turn out to be murderous? It is difficult finding good information on this besides all the fear mongering.
