Here is a delicious, filling and nutrient-dense salad that you can quickly whip up from ingredients you probably have on hand.β£

Feel free to experiment with other ingredients for this salad. I think that avocados and grated carrots would be a tasty addition.β£
Ingredientsβ£
2 4oz cans of sardines in olive oilβ£ [We recommend theseΒ sardines with bones]
2 hard-boiled eggsβ£, chopped
1/4 cup chopped white onion β£
3/4 cup diced cucumberβ£
Juice from 1/4 lemonβ£
Mayoβ£
Instructions
Mash sardines in a bowl with a fork. Add all other ingredients, adding enough mayo to coat well. Taste and add more lemon juice or some salt if necessary. Serve and enjoy!β£
