I discovered the work of Dr. Weston A. Price when researching how to heal my daughter's cavities, and have been committed to the Wise Traditions diet and lifestyle ever since. My business and young children keep me very busy, so I strive to find ways to make cooking for this diet quick, easy, accessible, and of course delicious. My goal is to help make this lifestyle accessible and achievable for other busy people.

I lived in Russia for the first nine years of my life, and draw heavily on this upbringing in my cooking, which translates to adding sour cream and/or mayonnaise to pretty much everything.
