A nutrient-dense diet can override a fair amount of sugar in the diet. Glyphosate and 5G have a role in our deteriorating health. Soy leads to aggressive behavior and it’s high time to question the mainstream COVID narrative. This is episode 340 and our guest is Sally Fallon Morell, President of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
Sally is a steadfast advocate for real food, real milk and healthy living based on ancestral wisdom. We look over the Summer 2021 Journal, which covers all of the aforementioned topics perhaps from a slightly different perspective than you may have heard before. We look at the power of a nutrient-dense diet and what that looks like, the dangers of soy and glyphosate and the importance of digging deep to explore where coverage of the supposed pandemic has gone wrong.

Breakthrough cases of COVID could mean that the vaccine didn’t work.
Our chapter leaders are at work. This spring, my husband and I took a quick business trip to South Dakota. The two sweet chapter leaders in Sioux Falls responded promptly to my query for raw milk and eggs. One of them offered to have milk and eggs ready for us when we arrived at the airport and they directed us to a local grocery store where we were able to stock up on food for the week. What a gift from a complete stranger. Now, I reached out to chapter leaders again.
My sister lives 1,600 miles away from my Pennsylvania home. She is facing severe health challenges and needs nourishing food to heal. Mailing her food gives her a boost but she needs local sources. The Denver chapter leaders responded very quickly when I reached out to them with local food sources and lots of encouragement and care. Thank you to each of you who selflessly give your time and energy to connect others to real food sources and accurate information. I’m sure there are times when it may feel like a thankless job but you are very needed. You are spreading hope and compassion. Keep up the wonderful work. That’s a letter from Holly, from Pennsylvania.
Holly, you’re right. Our chapter leaders are amazing. All you have to do is go to the WestonAPrice.org website, click on Find a Local Chapter, you’ll see if there are any in your area and do reach out to them. They are volunteers but their one job is to give you a source of local foods so that you can find food that is nourishing close to home. Thank you so much for reading. Stay well. Hasta Pronto.

Welcome to the show, Sally.
It’s great to be back, Hilda. It’s been a while since we have had a show.
We’re going to look at the Summer Journal, which is chock-full of information that is so valuable at this time when people are still concerned about this worldwide health crisis.
This is one of the most important journals we’ve ever published. There’s an amazing article called Questioning COVID but I would like to start with the cost of commentary, which is questioning this vaccine. I’d like to start with the cost of commentary where I question the vaccine.
Apparently, it’s off-limits in the standard media.

The vaccine is being hyped as completely effective. This is going to protect you against COVID-19, no side effects, perfectly safe and we heard since the journal came out, they were saying that 95% of all the people in the hospitals are unvaccinated.
That’s what they’re saying that they’re unvaccinated.
If they had gotten their vaccination, they wouldn’t be in the hospital. It’s now coming out that was a real manipulation of statistics. When you look at the studies or at the numbers, plenty of more vaccinated people in the hospitals are unvaccinated. The studies in Europe are very alarming about the number of deaths and side effects from this vaccine. The vaccine does not protect you. It is not safe, it can have some serious long-term health effects and there’s no justification for anyone getting this vaccine. They will not protect you against this disease.
There are many what they’re calling now breakthrough cases.
That means it doesn’t work.
They’re like, “Don’t pay attention to that. It’s still effective.” We’re like, “How is that so?”
It is said that 5G can shut down your nervous system if you are inhibitory drugs.
I have a few little breakthrough cases over here. What does that mean? These are people who are masters at manipulating the English language. Breakthrough case means it didn’t work.
The other thing is some of these agencies are not even counting these anymore. People are not aware of how many people who have been vaccinated are getting sick.
They are not asking in the hospitals and they’re not allowed to ask.
Talk to us about what you have there in the cost of commentary.
I was recapping. There were several things here. MIT thought they would do a survey and a questionnaire of vaccine skeptics. What they found was that the vaccine skeptics were extremely intelligent, knew exactly what they were talking about and had plenty of research to back up what they were saying. They thought they would be stupid but the people were very smart.
They may even be more informed than those who say, “Give me the injection because I’ve heard it safe and effective.” They don’t even know what the ingredients are and the risk.
The ingredients were hearing about that this is mRNA Technology so Messenger RNA Technology, which your body creates these spike proteins. We’ve been saying the virus doesn’t exist and we still say that but spike proteins is a technology that was developed in the United States. The spike protein looks like a little arrowhead and these vaccines tell your body to make a lot of these spike proteins, presumably to create some immune reaction.
The thing is these spike proteins are now everywhere. They’re like rabbits multiplying everywhere and they get into the smooth cells of the veins in arteries. They’re supposed to be smooth so the blood can go through and you’ve got little spike proteins now sticking out. That’s when you get clots forming because the blood hits this little barrier, there is a little spike and forms a clot there.
I’ve read account after account of people with blood clot issues but also heart problems and maybe it’s because of these spike proteins. Sally, what do you think of the J&J vaccine, which is a viral vector and I think there’s a new one coming out, Novavax. These are not mRNA Technology. Are these still dangerous?
Probably, we’d have to look at the ingredients lists. As I have pointed out, chlorine dioxide is one of the ingredients in all these vaccines and that’s a drug that stops the heart. It’s used in the three-drug cocktail too for executions.
Let’s get into some of the media articles now.
The article that has created an uproar and had people calling in every day ordering extra journals is this article called Questioning COVID by an Italian doctor, Ilana Nurpi. She was a doctor in a nursing home in Italy. She said she got a couple of patients with this odd disease where they slowed down. It seemed to be affecting their nervous system and it couldn’t respond to anything.
She said it happened when they changed the phone system in the nursing home. In other words, they no longer have wired phones. They put in a Wi-Fi system. Now there was 5G in the nursing home and this was affecting people especially those on various types of inhibitory drugs that slow you down anyway like sleeping pills, blood pressure drugs, statins, inhibitory drugs, anti-psychotic drugs. These are drugs that calm these patients and put them in a stupor and they were the ones who were most affected by this change to the new Wi-Fi system.
She points out right away, “In the early days, none of us wore masks. We were not catching this disease from these people.” It was certain patients who were on a lot of drugs that got the COVID disease. She treated them by taking them off of the drugs and she also noted that the ones who survived are the ones whose families came in and patiently fed them because they were slow to eat that they were starving to death.
If she got them off the drugs, she gave them things like homeopathic adrenal support, cod liver oil, which I thought was very interesting, not vitamin D but she gave them cod liver oil they got the A and D and other supportive, helpful treatments. The main thing was to get them off the drugs. That’s what you find in nursing homes. You have these people who are comatose, you turn on the 5G and it shuts down the nervous system.
I understand when cancer patients go through radiation treatments, they end up in the same situation in terms of stupor exhaustion extreme fatigue.
We are looking at the cancer patient who is on ionizing radiation, strong radiation but 5G is one step down. It’s microwave radiation and we’ve never been exposed in this fashion before. Another very interesting thing she said was that when we’re exposed to 5G, we develop extra receptors on ourselves to help us deal with this. If you are on these inhibitory drugs and you’re trying to develop these extra receptors, the inhibitory drugs become extremely toxic to you. The good news is you do adjust to 5G like we’ve adjusted to radar, radio and all these other things that we’ve now had for a long time but, at the beginning, it made a lot of people very sick.

The body is able to adapt in some instances, especially if we’re supporting our immune system function and eating good foods.
Eating well-nourished and vitamin D seems to be an important part of that also Zinc. It’s a hopeful article in that respect until we recognize the cause of this disease and treat the cause. We’re going to get nowhere. The vaccinations won’t do any good. The treatments in the hospitals are terrible.
I feel like the hospital is almost the kiss of death.
In the fall issue, we had a terrible letter from someone who is in the hospital and she could not get them to give her anything helpful.
It’s almost like their protocol of respirator, intubation and all these things are condemning the patient to death.
You can adjust to 5G just like how people adjusted to radar and radio.
I’m glad you brought up intubation, which is the respirator. She says, “The reason the respirators kill these patients is to put them on the respirator. You have to give them a very strong inhibitory drug.” It makes some comatose and then you put them on the respirator because it’s a painful procedure. That’s why we’re dying on the respirator.
I’m thankful that we got this article in there. When you become a member, you get the journal every quarter.
We posted it right away. We never like to withhold information but our chapter leaders are having discussions and meetings about this. I think this article Questioning COVID is one of the most important that we’ve published. I’m very grateful to this doctor. I had to coax her a little to get her to publish it.
I’m glad that we’re putting it out there because the mainstream media would not. Let’s go to the next article. One of the featured articles is on Glyphosate And The Gut.
I thought this was very interesting. I was reading Stephanie’s book and she talked about the colon. In the colon, you want a specific balance of three amino or three fatty acids. They are acetate, propitiate and butyrate. When you’re eating a lot of glyphosates, you get too much at the first two and not enough butyrate and then the colon doesn’t work very well. You become constipated and so forth but what caught my eye on this was the butyrate because butyrate is found uniquely in butter.
We make butyrate from the breakdown of carbs and things like that but we get it fully formed from butter and there’s no other fat that we get butyrate from. I said, “Stephanie, make sure you emphasize that we can get it from butter.” That’s another reason that we should be eating full-fat dairy foods, cheese, milk and butter.
What is the primary source of our exposure to this glyphosate side?
The primary source of exposure is wheat and not because wheat is genetically modified. It’s not genetically modified but a number of years ago, they started using glyphosate as a desiccant for the wheat before it’s harvested. You’re getting the full blast of glyphosate before it’s harvested. This is why I say, “The most important thing in your bread is that it’d be organic.”
The organic wheat hopefully is not sprayed to dry it out.
The second would be sugar and a lot of people make kombucha and so forth. Make sure you’re using organic sugar.
I know I interviewed Stephanie about glyphosate and COVID. She is convinced that it’s a factor in lowering our immune system function and making us more vulnerable to sickness.
She was concerned about bio-diesel. She said, “The cities in Europe that had the most cases were the ones that used the biodiesel.” the glyphosate is in the biodiesel and it immediately goes into your lungs. This isn’t like you’re eating wheat and it goes through your body. This is in you’re breathing this into your lungs and it affects certain compounds in the lungs. You’re breathing the glyphosate into your lungs and it immediately messes up certain surfactants that your lungs need to work properly. COVID is associated with a type of pneumonia and that can explain it very well.
This article and the other article together are implying that this COVID sickness, which we’re not saying it’s a virus but we do think that people are getting sick, has been affected by both neurological and respiratory concerns.
Breathing is neurological too. If you’re in a city with a lot of buses and bio-diesel stuff, that’s when you want to wear a mask because you want to keep that stuff out of your lungs.
I’m grateful that she wrote that article and if people want to find out more about her thoughts on Glyphosate and COVID, they can read to that episode. It’s just a few episodes back.
The point was that when you get not enough butyrate and too much propionate and acetate, that’s when you get a lot of constipation, not something you want to have happen.
It’s so interesting because people would think, “I must have eaten something. This doesn’t agree with me, which is why I’m constipated,” but there is much more a play and the glyphosate could be affected.
I was taken by butyrate is what we need to have the most of in the colon and that’s easy. Eat butter.
Butter keeps things moving along.
We had a nice article by Becky Plotner on Hidden Food Ingredients and things that are not on the label. One of them was the taco meat filling and the Taco Bell tacos. It’s some texturizer but it’s not beef.
Legally some of these companies don’t have to put it on the ingredient list if it’s industry standard.
They get away with a lot and she talks about honey here and most honey coming from China is high fructose corn syrup with a little honey flavor in it. She talks about tomatoes when a tomato is not a tomato and tomato paste that hardly has any tomato in it and also the transglutaminase, which is this meat glue that they’re using to create these things that look like steaks. They’re gluing bits of meat together.
I’ve seen videos about this on YouTube where they’re taking little pieces, putting them together and forming the shape of a cut of meat that we’re familiar with.
What to do? The government is not going to help you here. Your only recourse and strategy are not to eat these foods. Buy local, learn to cook and know where your food is coming from.
It’s so satisfying to look your farmer in the face and say, “We want some of your pork chops.” You know the source and it’s not glued together.
The last feature article was one that I felt was very inspiring and hopeful. It was about the Foodways of the Australian Outback. These were the pioneer families. They had cows’ butter, organ meats but they also had sugar and quite a bit of sugar in the diet. I found this amazing old photograph of 1950s school children. There are about 40 children in this photograph and virtually all of them have round faces. This is coming from the Australian Outback. They were eating plenty of sugar but the diet was so good that it didn’t affect them that much. I think that’s good news for us. The point is to emphasize the nutrient density and not be strict with the diet for the children because it doesn’t do any good anyway.
There’s a term for it. I think it’s called orthorexia. When people get so consumed with this food that is good and that one is bad, they become almost obsessed to the point where it’s not healthy.

It’s not healthy and there’s no emphasis on nourishment. It’s on, “You can’t do this. You can’t have this.”
The nourishing diet is protective against maybe the damage that sugar might do.
Even Dr. Price said that. He said, “We want to eat more of the nutrient-dense foods and not so much of the sugar and white flour.” He was a realist. He knew that they were not going to go away but the nutrient-dense foods were the protection that we had against these foods of civilization. Look at this beautiful photograph. It must be 40 children, all with excellent facial structure, all growing up in the Outback on raw milk butter and organ meats. They had organ meats whenever they butchered an animal. I think that’s what’s key here, the organ meats and the raw dairy. That is plenty of protection against the occasional misdemeanors in the diet. You’re right. It would be great to take a photograph from now on of 40 children and compare the facial structure.
Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. When you look at the children now, they’re wearing glasses, their faces are narrow and you can see that they’re not well.
If you’re in a city with a lot of buses and bio-diesel things, that’s when you want to wear a mask.
They looked miserable. The gift of health is the gift that we’re trying to restore to our children. The good news is it’s not that hard. You can do it, mom and dad. You don’t have to be 100%. If these kids are getting good nutrient-dense foods at home, there are going to be some cheating, mistakes and that’s okay but they’ll have that solid foundation.
Speaking of diet, I think there was an article on soy.
I want to briefly mention it because we don’t write about soy very much anymore, not much has been done about it in the research department and it’s not being promoted anymore, although it’s certainly still out there in the food supply. There was a couple of papers in 2021 where they were able to make catfish completely feminine. All the fish were female by feeding them soy food.
Another one was a study in 2004 where they were feeding diets rich in soy and protein to monkeys. It produced extremely aggressive behavior in the monkeys. I thought that was quite interesting. Here, we either had complete elimination of the male sex or the male sex became very aggressive. I do think soy has a lot to do with how people behave.
Now, you may be saying, “I’m not eating soy protein or tofu.” Where is the soy? It’s in oils and all of these processed foods. These estrogens are in oils and they are fat-soluble after all. What are the basic things we can do to make sure our children grow up healthy and normal apart from the raw milk organ meats and so forth? Keep them off of soy and that means all vegetable oils. Hormone disruptor changes personality that we want a harmonious, happy society. It looks bleak sometimes and I see what people buy for their children in the stores. I feel like shaking them by the throat but at the same time, there are a growing number of parents who get it and who are giving good food to their children. This is the hope of the future.
One final question that I post often at the end of the show and you may answer in relation to all we’ve been discussing or something else. If the reader or parents could do one thing to improve their children or own health, what would you recommend that they do?
It has to do with the fats. Get your children on the right fats. These are butter, lard, beef fat, use your olive oil for your salad dressings and get them all completely off the industrial fats and oils.
Thank you for this time, Sally.
Thank you, Hilda.
