There’s a lot that feels out of control at this moment in history. But there are a few things we still have agency over. One is the freedom to choose what happens to our bodies. But is this freedom in jeopardy? Del Bigtree, the host and producer of the internet talk show, The Highwire, and the producer of the documentary “Vaxxed,” discusses the dangers and the opportunities that come at this pivotal time. We have the chance to defend our ability to choose what happens to our body, even as threats appear on the horizon to encroach on that freedom. He discusses the plans in the works for an adult vaccine mandate in the United States, the many organizations working together to increase public awareness of vaccine risks, and how we can defend our health freedoms. And he emphasizes the importance of defending bodily autonomy for our sake and the sake of our children.

Welcome to the show, Del.
Thank you for having me. It’s a pleasure to be here.
It’s been a minute.
It has been a minute or a decade. I’m not sure, time is collapsing on itself, but it’s been an amazing several years since I released Vaxxed. There’s so much that has happened. I feel like it’s been many years, but it’s been a few years of real change in this country and around the world. Some of it good and some of it bad, but we’re seeing in many ways what had to happen. We’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.
When you launched The HighWire, and I remember some of your stories, how you got going with Vaxxed and everything. Can you tell our audience how did you get into this field of advocating for health freedom?
My life took me on that journey. They say, “Life is what happens while you’re making plans.” My goal was to be a filmmaker and I found myself in Hollywood, but I backed my way into television. The first job I got someone a friend of mine said, “You’re shooting a camera all the time. You’re doing all these music videos with your friends and things, but we need an extra cameraman for the Dr. Phil show.” I did that and four years later, I’ve been produced for the Dr. Phil show for a couple of years. They created this medical talk show called The Doctors. I move over to that and won an Emmy Award. My mom would call me because I was raised with an alternative or natural health. I never went to the doctor my whole life. I wasn’t vaccinated as a child.
My mom would call and say, “What are you doing working on a medical talk show?” I said, “Mom, it was to be meant to be. Nobody knows my background and all the shows I’m creating are challenging the medical establishment.” I was into finding surgeons that were using less invasive techniques or using acupuncture instead of anesthesia. Those types of stories were what I was doing. There were about seven producers on the show, but my shows were rating higher than everyone else’s. Even though my executive producers would always say, “I don’t understand that story, Del.” I was like, “It’s going to be great.” They said, “As long as it rates the way all of your other things do, then do it.”
I had this amazing opportunity to be speaking to an audience that was medically-minded but quietly introducing them to other more expansive ideas. That’s what was happening with my career. It wasn’t expected. The whistleblower story, Dr. William Thompson, when I was tipped off to that while working on The Doctors, that was the first time it’s clear the show wouldn’t let me pursue that story. Senator Richard Pan came onto our show in California and said, “I’ve got this great new law, SB 277. It was essentially going to force vaccinate every kid in California.” I was directly watching that on my show. For the first time, I thought, I have an actual moral issue moving forward. If this show is going to promote this idea of taking away people’s rights, medicine, then I have to do something about that.
I always say we could go for hours on how I ended up making Vaxxed, but through a series of incredible coincidences or I consider the miracles, I found myself in Andrew Wakefield’s basement, looking at what he had already made in this documentary. He was working on the whistleblower and reading through the 10,000 documents that had been provided by the whistleblower at the CDC. My whole life suddenly made sense to me. I felt like at that moment, I’d been saying for years and years, even while after I’d won an Emmy Award on The Doctors that there’s something I’m supposed to be doing and I’m not doing it yet. My friends would be like, “How can you be ungrateful, Del? You’re such a success. What are you complaining about?”
I’m grateful for what’s happened, but there’s something inside of me that I feel like I’m on this planet to do that. I don’t know what it is and it’s getting frustrating and then it all clicked in Andrew Wakefield’s basement. I suddenly looked at this film. It was a weird moment where I thought I’m the most qualified person in the world to work on this. There are other people that have plenty of talents, but I understand the alternative health side of this. I have been making medicine into entertainment and able to convey difficult scientific concepts to everyday Americans and people watching The Doctors worldwide. Andy is brilliant. What he needed help was, “No one’s going to understand that, Andy, that’s still too in the weeds.”
He brought me in. I always say it was a beautiful tug of war between Andy and me to try and get the movie to a place where people could absorb it. It turned out brilliantly, but at that moment, all of my thoughts that we have free will disappeared. I’m much more a believer that we’ve signed up for some task or taking on something that we agreed to early on and finding that destiny. I’m one of the lucky people that I found it and so I feel blessed.
As you were talking about taking these complicated concepts, this scientific profound research, and information and translating it for people, that’s exactly what we’re trying to do on our show and as the Weston A. Price Foundation, we take ancestral wisdom, but backed by science and explain it so that the layperson can apply it to their lives. I want to ask you next because people want to apply some of what they’ve learned from us and from you to their lives. How can we do what you’re doing? How can we advocate for freedom? What are some steps we can take to do that?
I say this a lot to people because I get that question a lot. What are my marching orders? What is it I’m supposed to do? You’re out there. “You’re doing The HighWire. You’re amazing. When you stand on these stages and people seem moved by you, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.” I say, “I don’t know what you’re supposed to do either, but you do.” My number one thought that I want people to engage with is like I have a destiny. I feel like I found my destiny. Every person on this planet has a destiny. In this incredible time with COVID-19 and everything we’re going through, our usual human reaction is to get depressed and shut down.
I’d like to wake people up to the fact that I believe you chose to be right here, right now that if this is an incarnation of your life, you want it to be in the middle of this. You wanted to be a part of saving humanity, of saving science, of evolving our species on this planet to a greater world. Wake up to that. Stop wasting your energy and shutting down your antenna that there is a download coming to you and trying to tell you what you need to do. Even though I had that feeling in my life, what am I supposed to be doing? When I look back, I was being told for a long time, but I was letting my desires, my eighteen-year-old image of who I was supposed to be guide me instead of listening.
The first thing you need to do is start opening up, sitting quietly, and check-in with your own intuition, your own instincts because what I assure anyone that’s out there saying, “I don’t know what to do,” you are shutting down your instincts. You’re shutting down your intuitive movement. For instance, if you find yourself in a grocery store and you see a pregnant woman over buying grapefruits and you get that hit inside of you, “I should go talk to her about vaccines. I should go talk to her about diet.” Wherever you’re coming from, whatever your knowledge is, if you get that feeling, “I should talk to that person,” most of the time we say, “That’s stupid. I don’t want to bother her, mess up her day, or have it be awkward.”
The first lesson is to shut that part of it down. Shut that judgment of yourself, that thing that gets in the way of acting upon your instincts. You need to actively turn that off because that is the man-made censorship that we’re all doing to ourselves. That is what has killed communication. It’s destroyed our world. You need to turn that off. To be clear, I don’t walk up to every pregnant woman I see in a grocery store only when I have a feeling of doing it now with that person. When I listened to that, I’d say 9 times out of 10, that pregnant mother will say to me, “That’s weird. I saw an article and I didn’t understand it about vaccines and here you are talking.” I said, “Here are some websites you can look at.”
There’s a connection there. I don’t run on autopilot and run up to every pregnant woman. There’s something inside of me that says, “Go talk to that person. Go do this thing. I should call my senator.” I’m getting a strong instinct that I can get through on the phone and then we say, “What difference does it make? There are many other people out there.” Make that call. Those are the things that if we could live in a society where people acted upon their intention on their instinct, we changed the world. The only thing blocking us now is we’re being told that’s stupid, that’s a waste of your time, there’s no point in any of it, or don’t bother other people. That’s the news. That’s the media. That’s the noise in our head.
I’m a big believer in meditation. Whatever you want to call it or where you’re coming from, you need to be able to sit down and say, “I need to get in control of my own mind and not have it raced with all my fears and all my thoughts.” The more you can get your mind to focus on singular thoughts, at least for a short time, you open up that pathway to hear what you’re being guided to do. That’s the best that I can say. Every one of us has a different talent and job, like the human body and the cells in our body. We’re one of those cells and you could say it’s inconsequential, but if all the cells that make up our heart don’t do their job, then the body fails. We’ve got to recognize who we are, what our job is, and function for the greater whole in that body of humanity.
The thing that’s occurring to me is let’s say that that pregnant woman didn’t respond to you that way. What if she was like, “Get out of my face?” It doesn’t mean you should have not listened to that intuition anymore. If the senator doesn’t answer the phone, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still have done what was being called to from the inside.
That’s the next part of it. I’m not saying you don’t do it for a result. There’s nothing that I do that is based on my results, that the result has to be what I demanded that it is. That’s out of my control. I can only follow my instincts and follow through with what I’m guided to do. You have no idea what happens from there. That mother could be upset at the moment, but you’re the first time she heard it. The next day, a friend of hers is going to bring up the fact that her child was injured by a vaccine. Those two thoughts go together and you were a part of an entire structure. You weren’t there to see how this played out. You’re not going to see how this person’s life follows through, but we are all those butterflies flapping our wings. Somewhere on the other side of the planet, we may be creating a weather pattern. We’ve got to do our part and let the chips fall, where they may.
I wanted to shift back to what you said about saving science. You told me you feel like science is crumbling. Can you explain that a little bit?
It’s something that was obvious to me. When I think of the work with Weston A. Price, sometimes we have to go back in time to remember what we already knew. There’s so much of what we call science that is more of a religion. It’s become much more of a religion. Some people call it scientism. That’s a good way to look at it because science is supposed to be based on developing hypotheses, theories, and then challenging that hypothesis or that theory, attempting to break it or to make it fail. When you can’t make it fail, perhaps there’s some truth to it. You then move on to the next stages. We live in a time where science does the opposite.
It comes up with a hypothesis. It only gets funding if its hypothesis proves to be true. All of the testings of that hypothesis is designed to prove it correct. That’s the death of science. That means that you no longer have challenged every part of it to make sure that it has the structure and stability to last through time. You don’t care. You want your funding or you want to sell your product that is where we’re in a devastating position. There’s been much writing about these, for instance, that several editors from medical journals have come forward and said, “You can’t trust peer-reviewed science anymore because it’s easy to manipulate these studies.” We’ve seen stories about scientific groups that will take an entire journal and try to recreate all the science that was published there and finding that 60% to 70% of that science cannot be reproduced, which leaves us in a scary time.
There’s then this COVID-19 pandemic. To me, the beauty of it is it’s becoming obvious. Maybe not to all the people of the world that are walking around in the cloud or aren’t focused on what’s happening, but for scientists themselves. This is what’s been exciting for me and working on The HighWire is that more and more of them are reaching out to us. Someone turned me on to The HighWire and I was watching on YouTube. Sometimes they’re calling me from Germany or France or anywhere in the world. At first, I thought you were one of these sensational podcasters or something, but they all say a similar thing to me. They’ll say, “I’ve been watching you for some time and your science is accurate and well researched. I don’t know who your team is. I don’t know how you’re doing it, but I’d like to start contributing.” I don’t want to be public yet, but I have information for instance, inside of the UK Health Ministry. I can show you some things that we know is happening in Germany. That’s been taking place.
It’s been great for us because, for a while, The HighWire was that anti-vaccine show. The truth is I brought two other CBS producers over with me. One is my executive producer. We wanted to do a show about medicine and science that wasn’t censored by the sponsors. We all came from television where Pfizer, Merck, Sanofi-Aventis, Pampers, and Exxon are weighing in on what we’re allowed to talk about. We said, “What if we could do a show that was sponsored by the people where we can pursue all of our questions the way we always have, but get the answers on any topic we want?” COVID-19 allowed us to open up the conversation beyond vaccines into what is the death rate? How does a virus work? Is this real? Is it not? How to mass work and all of the science?
Del, you have been censored, haven’t you?
Had been censored. YouTube turned off our channel without any warning. We lost our YouTube channel. Facebook is threatening on a weekly basis. A lot of the videos we put out get false information flags across them. We’ve challenged some of them and we’ll challenge a lawsuit and they’ll take it down. At a certain point, it was part of what my nonprofit does is we have an incredibly powerful legal team. I was sitting with my partner on the legal side of the Informed Consent Action Network. He said, “We can play whack-a-mole every day with the number of attacks you’re getting on these videos. Is that what we’re going to do? Is that what we’re here to do?” I said, “No. Let’s still stay focused on our issues, government and regulations, and testing.”
I accept that censorship is happening, but you can’t censor everybody. You’re not going to stop the truth. All we’ve done is fortify our website and make it so that we can stream videos that no matter what happens in the world, what social media takeover there is, people will always be able to find us at TheHighWire.com and stream our videos and see our library of things. It’s over about 180 shows over the last years. We spend a little too much energy worrying about censorship. I think all of these things tend to shut us down like, “There’s no use. We’re going to be censored anyway.” Those types of things. I reflect back to our founding fathers and I think about Alexander Payne or about these letters that were being handed from one new American to the next saying, “We’ve got to fight for our freedom,” and knowing that there were British soldiers that could knock on your door, push your door open, and come and sleep in a bed in your house.
There’s nothing you could do about it. Under those circumstances, without Facebook, without YouTube, handing letters that if someone saw you handing it, or you handed it to an inside informant may even get you killed. That was how we built the greatest nation in the world. YouTube and Facebook have been made it easy, but the truth is that word of mouth, sharing videos, someone taking this show, and sharing it with a friend, that’s the same as handing off that underground letter or that underground railroad. That is how truth always ends up surviving and winning. If we don’t have the benefits of algorithms and computers, who needs it? The people still have the power.
What is the information that you want that friend to share with their friend? What are you mostly trying to communicate and delegate?
The simplest communication from the moment I got involved with this vaccine issue or anything else is choice. It is the freedom to choose. It’s that simple. There are people that get upset with me that consider themselves as anti-vaxxers that say, “Del, you’re not fighting our cause strong enough. There is no such thing as a safe vaccine and you need to tell the world that no vaccines should be allowed on the planet.” I said, “That’s your job. That’s what you’re guided to do. That’s not where I’m coming from.” If people believe in a product like vaccines, part of my job will be to try and make those as safe for them as they can possibly be. Do I think my children should get them? No. That’s what my research and my guidance had led me to.
Where we should all be aligned across the nation and the world is you don’t ever want to give up control of your own body integrity or the integrity of your child’s body. I want to put this clearly because if someone’s reading and they’re pro-vaccine, this is a free country. You have every right to make the decisions that you’re making for your body, but think through this idea of mandated vaccinations. Let’s take vaccination out of the equation because up until now, everyone thinks that’s a salient injection. That’s perfectly safe. We could get into how COVID-19 is finally waking people up to the idea that a vaccine could be dangerous. That’s what I’ve been investigating for a long time. Let’s take that aside and talk about mandated injections.
Here’s the thought I want for everyone whether you’re pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine. We’re talking about the government being able to inject you with chemicals you have no control over. That idea that if you forget your history, you’re doomed to repeat it. Can you imagine an injectable product in Hitler’s hands, in Stalin’s hands? This idea that people that he does not like can be injected. I saw a headline that we have a vaccine program in America that sterilizes deer. This is how my mind works. A vaccine can sterilize you. We do it on animals. There is some real evidence that we’ve been using vaccines in India and Africa to sterilize people.
Take into account that you could be sterilized with the vaccine. Do you want the government to inject with something that could be used to sterilize you or kill you? God knows what other things are possible once you lose control of your own body. Let me make this as clear as I can. I left California. I am a refugee from California living in Texas. In California, many of the citizens believe that Donald Trump is the most dangerous human being the world has ever seen. African-Americans, some of them will say that he’s a white supremacist and he doesn’t want them on the planet. Latinos think that he believes in lesser citizens. They should be deported. They should be controlled. Gays, bi, lesbians, transgender, yet that same state is the one that had forced vaccination laws that have passed and swept the state.
I say to those people, “What are you thinking? If Donald Trump is the person you believe he is, you do recognize it’s his hand on that syringe that you’re going to be forced to take. What happens to your religion, your culture, your people, or your race if someone that doesn’t want you here is the one injecting you?” People say, “It’s not Donald Trump. It is the health department.” Let’s be clear. The president of the United States puts into place the head of health and human services, the head of the CDC, the head of the FDA, and the head of the NIH-EPA. These are not people we elect. They don’t work for us.
They work for whatever the president’s agenda is. That president gets to control what the vaccine program is for and how it’s going to affect you. Under those circumstances, we don’t ever want that in the hands of our government. To be clear, I don’t think Donald Trump has any of those things, but what it shows is we have a belief that that’s possible. We have a belief in America that a bad actor could be elected, that we could potentially elect a Hitler. We don’t ever want to hand our government or that potential future bad actor whether it’s next year or 100 years down the road a tool as powerful as injections into your body you have no control over.
You said the thing about we’re doomed to repeat history if we’re unfamiliar with it. Have there been moments in history where people have undergone forced medical mandates without their consent?
I think if you look at the Nuremberg trials that took place after Nazi Germany, that’s exactly what we recognized. Out of the Nuremberg trials, which is the trial of sixteen doctors working for the Third Reich, most of them were hung after those trials for having forcibly injected innocent people, forcibly trying medical experiments or surgeries, all atrocities, but also in the name of future health. That’s why we have the Nuremberg Code. The first rule of the Nuremberg Code was written and signed onto by every democratic nation in the world that never again will any free citizen be forced into a medical decision. The number one rule is called informed consent. That’s why I named my nonprofit Informed Consent Action Network. You must be informed. That doesn’t just mean the dangers of measles, but the dangers of a measles vaccine. You need to know all sides of an issue. What are the benefits of this product, this surgery, or this experiment and the potential side effects? Once you have all of that information, then it’s still your choice to decide whether you consent to that or not, whether the benefits and the risks are balanced in a way that you see fit.
I feel like people are not always informed. That’s why they’re like, “We want mandated vaccines,” because they only have been told of the benefits and not the risks.
We’re looking at a lot of the legal cases. We are seeing depositions of top doctors and virologists. They admit that they’re not ever talking about the negative side effects of vaccines. They only talk about the dangers of the illness and how great the vaccine is. That’s not truly informed consent, but that consent should still be yours. Even if you’re not getting the full story, we take it a step further. Not only are we not giving you the full story, but we’re also not giving you the right to opt-out, to make the final choice for yourself. If you decide to take your research as I have, millions of Americans have, and millions of people around the world have taken upon themselves to investigate the actual ingredients in these products. The real adverse events that are written on the inserts that came inside the vaccine that the doctor is refusing to give you all of that information still available to us.
Once we have that information, what good is it if we can’t make a choice? What good is it reading the ingredients on products in the grocery store if there’s only one product available and that’s all you can buy? We need a choice. That’s how we evolve every product. That’s why there are market incentives. All of those things are important. It’s amazing that this is starting to run down party lines. Democrats seem to be pro-vaccine, which is amazing because that’s supposed to be the part of the choice, my body, my choice until it comes to injecting toxic chemicals, aborted fetal DNA, mercury, formaldehyde aluminum, polysorbate 80. When it comes to that, I don’t want that. That’s not our choice, which I find hypocritical and quite fascinating.
I’m grateful that you mentioned your group. Also, I’ve heard about millions against medical mandates. There are a number of groups rising to the foreright to defend our right to choose.
Millions against medical mandates are fantastic because it’s a mothership for all of our nonprofits. Several of us have been looking for some way that we can communicate better. For millions against medical mandates, it started with a forum that involved Informed Consent Action Network, Children’s Health Defense, Health Choice. I’m going to leave someone out. There were about 50 or 60 of us at a conference, but it’s a great resource so that people can find what specific things each one of us is doing in this work. There are many great organizations out there whether it’s Health Choice that’s doing a great job, educating people to talk to legislators all around the country. Bobby Kennedy and Children’s Health Defense is doing great work. My nonprofit, we like to team up. Bobby and I have teamed up a couple of times to give a one, two punch on a legal case.
We’ve got several exciting things we’re working on together. It’s an incredible time. I think that where it seemed like there was no hope, the moment that Vaxxed came onto the scene years ago. At least, when this started for me, many great people had been at this for a long time, trying to speak to the truth of vaccinations. When you look at what’s happened in these last years, we went from people not vaccinating representing 1% or 2% of the country to now polls, prior to COVID-19, we’re saying 40% of parents are delaying or skipping vaccines, which means they’re starting to actively get involved with the vaccination program. That’s exciting news. In some ways, there’s a chance that growth in understanding and studying amongst parents could be part of what fed this pandemic.
In many ways, this pandemic is a knee jerk reaction by the medical establishment to say, “We’ve got to stop the questioning. We need everyone involved in the vaccine program. We needed to be afraid that every adult and every child signs away their rights to a vaccine program.” When we think of the idea of Plandemic, which is a great documentary and film by Mikki Willis, who’s a good friend of mine. Whether or not this was planned, I believe there was planning going on. They were looking at, should we have the right type of pandemic we can use to bring about the adult vaccine mandate? That is what I’ve been talking about for years, which has always been about the adult mandate. Farmers, not the number one most powerful lobby in Washington because they want to vaccinate more of that 1% of children that were unvaccinated.
They want every adult in the vaccine program around the world. Listen to what Bill Gates is saying. Listen to what Tony Fauci is saying. They’ve been telling you all along. We’re not going to allow you out of this pandemic until every human on this planet is in the vaccine program. That was the agenda. The beauty of it is that if anything, the waking up that’s been happening forced them to jump the gun, they were hoping that an event would happen where they already had a vaccine ready to go. Maybe it was going to be Ebola or Zika, which were much further along in their vaccine development. Instead, there’s a lot of taking advantage of it’s the situation and saying, “COVID, this is what it is. SARS and Coronavirus. This is our moment. We better do it now or we’re going to lose the people.”
They jumped the gun to try and scare us into submission without having a product ready to go and it’s the greatest gift we could have ever been given. For people that were reading, they are saying, “Del, you guys are up against the Goliath.” It’s true, but when you’re fighting something bigger than you, you need that Goliath to make a mistake. You need it to trip. You need to swing and miss. That’s what I think this pandemic has done. They have overstepped their boundaries. They have jumped forward without the tools to win this battle. Now we’re declining respect for the CDC and Tony Fauci, declining belief in the Coronavirus vaccine where we’re at three-quarters of America is saying they will not get this vaccine if it’s released, which is a flip flop.
It started out with about a 76% approval rating. Now, t’s got about a 25% approval rating. It’s backfiring. This entire attempt to take over the world is waking up the world to say, “What does rushing the science mean? How is the trial done? What is the placebo?” All these things, one group at a time with, 1,000 people here, 3,000 there, my show trying to get people to ask these questions. Now my opposition has done the job for me. CNN is saying there’s a danger to rushing vaccines. The polio vaccine gave polio to people. It also caused cancer because of Simian Retrovirus.
I’m reading this in CNN saying, “These are Suzanne Humphries’, Del Bigtree’s, Sherri Tenpenny’s, Bobby Kennedy’s talking points.” These are now mainstream because they’re afraid of rushed science, which is the position they put themselves in. The greatest benefit of all times is the world is watching through a microscope. Phase 1, phase 2, phase 3 trials of the vaccine. I’ve been trying to tell the people we’ve been representing them on The HighWire. I’m winning lawsuits because of how poorly the science was done with all the vaccines you’re giving your children. Now you’re watching in real-time how the science is done and people don’t like it. As Bobby Kennedy put it well to me one time, “You don’t want someone watching how the sausage is made.” That’s the situation they’ve created.
The world is watching the sausage being made. I don’t know how this all turns out. I think that there’s something much bigger than all of us going on, but when I was talking with Bobby Kennedy I said, “Bobby, however this turns out, what I can say is this. They have jumped the gun. They have made tragic errors. They look like a bunch of bumbling idiots all around the world. If we can’t win this, if we can’t win our health freedom, if we can’t get back in control of our lives, we were never going to win.” This is the best-case scenario and that’s what people need to recognize. This is scary. You’ve got a wounded animal that feels cornered and it’s attacking and going after your rights and trying to use martial law or whatever it takes. That is the dying breath of a regime, the censorship, the book burning the destruction of rights, and draconian measures. That is the final grasp, the power that’s being pulled from their hands. It’s a sign we’re winning and we’re moments away from a beautiful time where we’re going to see a new world where we are back in control as free-thinking, critical thinking citizens.
You’re leaving us with a glimmer of hope and I’m thankful for that. I agree with you in many respects. I want to ask you the question I often pose at the end of the show. If the audience could do one thing to improve their health, what would you recommend that they do?
Under these circumstances, your diet is critical. Number one, you can only eat organic foods. The pesticides, the herbicides, that chemicals that are all over everything, if you simply make that shift to say, “I can’t put those chemicals in my body.” I always say that we can’t protect ourselves. We have to live in a toxic world and environment, and you could drive yourself crazy. In many ways, watching this pandemic is like watching everyone turned into Howard Hughes. It’s a bunch of hypochondriacs running around wiping doorknobs and covering themselves with antibacterial soaps and things. What I like to do with my family is doing what I can do. What I can do is make sure that they’re drinking clean spring water, not fluoride.
I can make sure that our foods aren’t being sprayed with chemicals. Start there. It is not that we don’t cheat every once in a while, we eat out. I know that those things are happening, but I did something that I know was the right thing to do. Beyond that, with COVID-19, even Tony Fauci admitted that he’s taking vitamin D and vitamin C. It’s critical. I don’t think people realized that this war on the sun that’s been a part of our established science for the last several years is making us sick. All of the suntan lotion, all of the blocking out the vitamin D that’s coming into our bodies. If you’re going to cover yourself with suntan lotion, which by the way has only increased skin cancer in this country, but it’s a totally different story.
You need vitamin D. It is known to be the building block of your immune system. Tony Fauci is right. People that have a strong vitamin D content are having little problems with COVID-19. I don’t give medical advice. I’m not a doctor. I’m just saying what doctors have told us, but there’s a lot of success. Zinc is a huge part of COVID-19. If you’re worried, zinc is why hydroxychloroquine works. Hydroxychloroquine opens the cell, but it’s the zinc that kills COVID or Coronavirus dead inside the cells that you can move on. The problem is zinc is great as long as the virus hasn’t entered the cells. It’s moving through your body. You need to open up that cell though, should you have infected cells with the Coronavirus.
There’s a lot of people talking about quercetin. It is a vitamin that acts a lot like hydroxychloroquine. I’ve heard green tea. Do your own research into these things, but what you want is a delivery system for zinc into your body. Those are the things that if I was going to say your health now under the circumstances because everyone’s a little nervous. I can say that the death rate of COVID-19 is a quarter of 1%, 0.26% at the worst, but still we have this thing that even medicine knows about. If one person dies doesn’t matter that millions aren’t dying, the media is able to make us afraid that we’re going to be that one person. We’re wired that way. You need to recognize that there’s a lot of things that we can do to make sure that our immune system is bolstered so that we will always be able to handle the next Coronavirus or the next flu. It’s about being healthy.
This conversation has been an immune booster for me because the connection is important too. Thank you for bringing your hope and for advocating for health freedom. I’m sure we’ll talk again.
Thank you. It’s been great.
