The fourth of our 11 Wise Traditions Dietary Principles is to include raw animal foods in your diet. Raw cheese is one way to do that! Sally Fallon Morell asserts that cheese is the ideal, nutrient-dense food for survival if stranded on a deserted island, particularly recommending raw, pasture-raised cheese for its natural enzymes and high nutrient profile.
